The person who arrived was friendly and professional, but I was not informed that he was the salon's barber rather than a hairstylist. By the time I realized this, he had already begun working on my hair. At the end of the appointment, I was charged $160 and was told that the $120 price only applied to root touch-ups, while a full-color service cost more. This was never explained to me before the service started. My main disappointment is not only the unexpected price increase but also the lack of communication about who would be performing the service. If I had known that a barber, rather than a hairstylist, would be coloring my hair, I would have appreciated the opportunity to make an informed decision before proceeding. I believe customers should be fully informed about both pricing and service providers before any work begins.
