We have been coming to this post for 5 years and had actually been there a few days before with no issues. This is no way to treat our veterans and these Legion posts are supposed to be there for our veterans not making them feel like they are less because of a membership card.

It's hard to find service providers that aren't out to grab as much of a veteran's benefits as they can. I had an issue that required some customer service, and it drug out far longer than necessary. However, when the problem reached the attention of the director, she went the extra mile to make it right, and I was satisfied with results. I've been a Veterans Service Officer for about 10 years, and I can count on one hand how many of these companies I would recommend to the veterans I work with--I'll be adding this one to that very short list.
