Great old time drive in except the projection onto the screen is unbelievable bright and clear. Almost like watching a digital tv! You pick up the sound on an FM channel and use the speakers in your car which makes the sound great as well. For a low price you get two movies which are always new. The snack bar is good as well. You can phone in your order then just walk up, pay, and get your food without a long line or wait. The prices are very reasonable and the food is pretty good too. All in all it's a fun evening out and brings back childhood memories. I wish they were open longer into the season when it gets dark earlier. Blankets or just staying in the car with the heat on would be fine! Great little gym for a double feature!

Well in my opinion, this drive in needs to make a few improvements, because I left feeling disappointed in aspects that could be easily resolved. First, why do gates open almost TWO HOURS before it gets dark? It leaves everyone sitting there doing nothing just waiting/wasting time. Two, they do not advertise ANYWHERE (website or at the "theater") that they do not accept anything but cash (admission and concessions). That would be VERY helpful information to know... There are multiple lines but everyone just goes to the one right in front of the entrance and it backs traffic way up into the nearby main road. They should have someone directing people into lines or at least a sign saying there are 4 lines and you can go into any of them. The staff at the front kept repeating info back to me multiple times that was wrong. I said what movie and what screen I wanted, and they said the wrong one back to me twice. Gave me tickets for the wrong one. Told me to tune into the wrong station. Very frustrating. OH and their website, sign, and person at admission all said the station was 99.3 FM, but the menu they gave us for concessions said 99.5 FM (which ended up being the right station). The communication and misinformation here is awful and should seriously get fixed ASAP. My frustrations may keep me from returning.

    Nice old school

First experience @ a drive in. Kids under 12 are free. Way better than cinemark where Mark Cuban thinks I need to buy a ticket for any kid over a year old. Bring in all the snacks you want. Less worried about my kid getting sick or being annoying.

Gorgeous view and kids are playing

Tickets: Overall aquisition good. Supposedly, we could have gotten a refund "Ticket refunds and…read moreswaps can only be done up to 1 hour before the original showtime." is quite reasonable! There's a little kiosk when you arrive. They don't check tickets. Just sit where you paid to sit. There's a button on the top of the armrest to order food/beverages. Food: The selection was great and prices were good! We had a roadtrip for 2! 2 quesadillas appears to be 2 quarters (half) of a single quesadilla. I paid $5 for grilled chicken and I'm not sure where that was ... 2 chicken strips were good. The big rope pretzel was truly huge and impressive. The seasoned fries ... my first fry was cold and floppy ... but another was crispy. Gastropub noise level: It's next to the arcade, so it's pretty noisy. BRING A JACKET: How windy was Theater 4 seats G4 and G5? Windy enough that my napkin could fly horizontally. People with jackets were cold. I expected to be indoors and didn't have a jacket! Before the movie started, we showed a staff member the napkin flying and asked them to turn it down ... the video is the napkin is still flying horizontally at the end of the movie. Indoor windchill!

This is my favorite place…read more I swear to goodness I am here every week. Like obsessively so. Since moving to Colorado Springs, this is my special place to unwind. I just love the concept of eating while watching a movie. And honestly... the food is so good! I appreciate my waitress for never judging me for order chicken nuggets and Chardonnay. Everytime my friends laugh and they are so validating. Love that for me. But the burgers are great too! And the popcorn is huge! Great value for what you get, in my opinion. I love how comfortable the seats are. The food comes fast and I'm never distracted by anyone working or anyone eating. I'm just minding my own business and vibing! Sound is always good. It's always clean. I just love this place and I fear they need a membership program because I want to get points for the amount of time and money I spend here! Big fan!
