Plus I look online for seats right before we go, many available, but refuse to pay surcharge, and get to theatre and find many more seats sold in the 15 minutes difference. Love coming to any Regal in general and this one is no exception. It can get a little cooler in movies so I always suggest dressing cozy but if you don't they do allow blankets at this location. They have plenty staff to serve you whether it is slow or busy which is nice. No one likes being late for a movie because of a long line! The ads here are about 15 minutes unless it is a big blockbuster movie then you're looking at 20-25 minutes of ads. They do honor all of the regal unlimited membership even though my main theater is in Carolina which is nice. read more

I came to see My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3. This is the only Regal cinema in the Colorado Springs area. Very large parking lot with hotels, restaurants and other entertainment venues nearby. The concessions area was quite large. Everything was clean and air-conditioned. It was just, not too cool. I got my birthday reward which was a small popcorn. Of course I added liquid butter and 2 packets of salt. It was freshly popped. My Big Fat Greek Wedding 3 was a fitting, joyful, with somewhat scandalous conversations which was all in good fun. A good ending to a trilogy by actor and director Nia Vardalos. read more

With all the competition with movie theaters today, this theatre just doesn't have the means to compete it seems. Seats were okay but they have dividers in between the chairs so if you want to get cozy with your significant other, expect a Charlie horse or 2. And that's just from the seats...it was pretty messy as well but in their defense, we watched a 10:30 show. I have to give them another chance since I have a gift card so we will see what the bigger theatre feels like. read more

We liked this theater. the seats were comfortable and they had the movies we wanted to see. I don't even go to theaters that don't have recliners any longer. The employees were helpful and friendly. I started docking one star for all theaters who have closed their box office and force customers to buy tickets at the concession counter but other than that, The only complaint I had was one of he two movies we attended ran an extra 10 minutes of commercials before starting their previews, which caused the actual start time of the movie to be more than half an hour after the stated showtime. I usually like some previews but i'm not paying for commercials and those need to be done as of start time and going to a later movie that starts more than 30 minutes after showtime is not OK read more

This is a great theater. I tried to purchase movie tickets with my Regal Unlimited subscription, but had issues with my account. The manager (Bryce) went above-and-beyond to remedy my issue and provided exceptional customer service. I saw a movie in the RPX Theater which provided amazing sound and visuals. They're always sold out of the collectible popcorn buckets before a major movie hits theaters. I've been trying to call, but nobody answers the phone. I'm starting to think the employees are either buying them out, or selling to their friends. Something isn't right for sure. UPDATE: I spoke with one of the employees over the phone. She said they have them but they're not on sale yet. Then when I visited the Regal theater, the two employees I spoke to said they don't have them yet. Suspicious... UPDATE #2: I visited Regal cinema at 10am on Thurday Sep 5th (The day the popcorn buckets are supposed to be released) and they're already of the Beetlejuice Sandworm popcorn buckets. The only downfall to the theatre is that there is a theater down the street that serves ice cream! Other than that, it's a great theatre with great seats. Tons of parking, and a reward system. This is one of the two local theaters I go to. read more

Good movies, ave (high) prices. I really dislike the new reclining seats. You must have you feet all the up in the air before your back reclines. Very uncomfortable. I want a slight back recline with some feet lift, but no. That is not possible. You only have one option. Very bad (cheep). read more

Stale popcorn. It was way, way over-salted. Other movie theaters will even make unsalted popcorn for you (they did not). The entire facility was virtually empty on a Saturday night and I can see why. read more

Clean and well maintained but only ever 5 maybe 6 movies on 15 screens. But don't expect to ever get any hot food beyond stale popcorn. There's always hotdogs on the grill but some how they never have any ready for customers even tho there's a warmer under the grill. Staff is friendly and will offer to bring it to you in the theater when ready but you always have to miss part of your movie to come out and get it because they forget every time. If not for them having the better movie pass it wouldn't be worth the trip. read more

We have been loyal Regal cinema patrons for over 15 years- they have officially lost our business. I purchased 2 tickets to see a movie off the Regal app. Unfortunately something came up and we couldn't make it. Called the theater personally to just get raincheck tickets. The manager I spoke to said you needed to call 60 min in advance to get a refund- no exceptions but to call their corporate location. So disappointing. We now go to Icon Cinemas across the street- my family purchased five tickets to see a movie and two of us couldn't make it due to a GI bug- they gave my husband credit for two tickets to use another time. Bought tickets on Fandango, quickly got popcorn and drinks, checked in with our QR Code and had the theater all to ourselves. The small but perfect theater was clean and comfortable. Recliner seats made the day and they even had subtitles which made the different languages spoken in the movie easier to follow. Will be back for sure. read more

Popcorn is always fresh. The bathrooms are super clean. You can reserve your seats ahead of time with an app too. And they don't just run the newest releases but will throw in classic films for a one-time showing during the week. I give it a 4 star bc sometimes there's technical issues but they're always quick to fix it. read more

Not my first or second pick when it comes to seeing a movie. This is an older theater that isn't focused on the customer experience. (Exception is the young man taking tickets: he was super attentive and helpful.) Some theaters provide good value but if I had the choice of Netflix vs Regal, I'd choose saving my money and watching a movie at home. Anywho, I love the the reclining reserved seating - that is an absolute must for me. This is by far my favorite theater in The Springs. There is hardly ever a wait to get tickets, and it is always easy to find a good seat. The screen is from wall to wall. Hollywood also has the best sound of any of the theaters here as well. And also (at least for now) it is the safest, unlike Tinseltown where cars get broken into all the time. read more

I urge you to watch your next movie at this theater because it is phenomenal! I spent 31$ on three tickets for a 3d showing and 37$ on snacks but I got 3 candies, two large sodas, two hot dogs, and the biggest movie theater Nachos I have ever seen! ( the nachos even came with both chili and cheese at no extra) Once I got in the theater the split stadium seating was perfect and each overly plush seat can recline and rock. The screen was huge and the sound system is beautifully acoustically balanced without being too loud. I am going to come here from now on :) read more

This theater looks like a lot of fun from the outside. There are cool neon lights everywhere and it prepares you for the Hollywood experience. We went to watch a few movies here recently but left less than excited. On this particular occasion, we arrived about 10 minutes before the show. When we walked in, the lines were insane, now, let me be clear, this was not a release day or anything special. There were only two lines open however, there were multiple staff behind the counter not doing anything. It took over 10 minutes in line before we were done getting our popcorn and drinks. I was a little upset because we came to watch the movie and it did not seem like the staff had a sense of urgency that would have been necessary to get us to the movie on time. I got all of the way back to my seat with my fiance and after all of the wait, they had given me regular soda instead of diet. I had to walk all of the way back out again to report the issue. Most people don't like previews, however, I really do because then I can get excited about upcoming movies. I missed some of the previews and the first few minutes of the movie because of the soda snafu. When I went back out, the girl that I reported the issue to, did not really seem to care that this was an issue at all. She dumped it out and proceeded to get soda all over the side of the cup before refilling it and handing it back to me. There were absolutely obnoxious people in the theater that ruined the movie for us. Someone reported the people-who were taking up an entire row and obliviously drunk. A theater staff came in, stood near their row for a few minutes before immediately leaving the theater for the group of drunks to commence their antics. In short, we won't be back. read more
