We went for the Christmas show and it was easily one of the best experiences I have had. The food was delicious and the service was quick and friendly. The band was phenomenal. It was easily one of the most organized event I have ever attended as well. If you have not been to the Christmas show it is an absolute must around the holidays. The inside is decorated very festively. I will be coming back for one of the summer shows.

Don't miss this! A great experience for all ages. When you get there, a shuttle will take you up to the ticket booth if mobility is an issue. Check in and get your table number. The food is pretty good - especially during the summer. No alcohol, only unsweetened tea and water. There are calls for seconds if you're still hungry. The Flying W Wranglers put on a good show after. Walk around the property, ride a rain, ax throw, etc. before the show starts.

After having friends tell us how great Flying W Ranch was for an evening out, we decided to book tickets, with them, for the last show of the season. Upon arrival we were directed to park, very basic simple dirt lot parking & it was very fluid. From here you made your way to the ticket counter, where you are provided with your tickets & table number. The location is stunning. From the moment you step out of your vehicle you're enveloped by a feeling of days past in an atmosphere that is unlike any other. We took the hour & a half prior to dinner & wandered throughout. The amount of activities & things to watch/do was extraordinary. We loved the spread out nature of the location, no matter where you were or what you were doing it was not a "packed" feeling, which was amazing. The dinner announcement was funny & the tips on how to move through the chuckwagon line allowed for it again to be a very fluid, and speedy. We had patio, hightop seats just outside the indoor seating. There is heating that they turn on as it gets later. It did get a little warm for us, but is great if you like being outdoors, but need a little warmth to take the chill off. Onto one of the biggest highlights, the food!!! I was excited for the entire meal, except the applesauce & spice cake. I typically don't like either, however, I cleaned my plate. Every aspect of the meal was delicious. The baked potato was so creamy, that it was like mashed potatoes. The brisket, chicken & trail beans had the best flavor. The biscuits were exactly what I expected, the applesauce & spice cake were incredible. The show followed & did not disappoint. One of the best moments was when they introduced one of the original gentlemen who was part of the original group in 1953. Hearing him speak & sing was a delight. We enjoyed every aspect of this entire experience!! From the ranch animals & Sweetwater Plains Dancers to axe throwing, food, & show, this was something I will recommend in the future to anyone who asks for a genuinely great, family friendly & fun experience. We'll definitely be back!!!

LOVED IT!! This is going down In history as one of my favorite experiences ever!!! It's worth coming from just about anywhere in the US for!! If it was possible to leave a higher star review I would! My mom surprised me with this experience and we had the best time! The ranch is absolutely beautiful! We arrived at 5:00. When we went they were doing their version of the Olympics! So we got to do a ton of fun things like horse shoes, lassoing, axe throwing, and archery. We also did partook in some of their all the time experiences such as wagon rides, train rides, seeing the animals etc... I love the fact that they provide time for you to experience and enjoy the ranch. The Cowboys and all staff were positively wonderful!!!! Everyone was so friendly and clearly passionate about the farm and having fun along with the rest of us! At 6:30 you are to be seated at your table to begin dinner. After the supper time triangle is ring you are dismissed in table groups. I'll just say that I love the way they do seating! We got do meet and dine with some lovely people! The food was quite good! Love the classic bumpkin bbq! Brisket was super flavorful and the biscuits were perfect! It's so beautiful to see and hear a huge amount of people dining with each other! After dinner the fun really begins!! The owner of the ranch came out and talked for a few minutes sharing the history and such and then she introduced the FLYING W WRANGLERS!!! I tell you what I haven't had that much fun in a long time! The band is so wonderful, talented, and funny! I love how dynamic the group is! The harmonies were simply stunning! ‍ I especially enjoyed seeing Luke and Ethan preform! After the concert was over they offered pictures and meet and greet. It was so fun to talk with them and get pictures! I could go on and on about it all! But I won't because I want you to experience it for yourself in your own way. So go! Book your tickets! My heart is still so full with joy and happiness just thinking about it all! Praise the Lord for good clean entertainment and experiences! I will 100% be back soon! Thank you for the wonderful time Flying W Ranch!

Pretty spot to have a get together. You go through a Buffet line for food and drinks. They offer seconds after everyone has gone up for food. It's a bbq type meal, nothing amazing. Then there is pie and coffee. After that the music starts, that went a little long for us so we left early.

Had our 20 year class reunion here. Food was fantastic. Some of the best "group" food I've ever had. Facility is beautiful and charming. Staff were all top notch.

What a fun night! We arrived early at Flying W Ranch and were glad we did there's plenty to explore around the grounds and lots of interactive activities before dinner. The food was delicious, classic ranch style fare, and they even offer seconds if you're still hungry. After dinner, the live show was super entertaining and had everyone laughing and clapping along. The whole experience felt authentic, friendly, and well organized. Definitely worth checking out if you're in the Colorado Springs area!

Phenomenal show! We were there for the Christmas show. The food was a lot better than I expected. It was just as good as any 4-5 restaurants. The service was very efficient. They're faster than the chow line at boot camp. The ranch is phenomenally decorated with a western Christmas theme. We'll have to make this a yearly tradition.

Absolutely Phenomenal! A well oiled machine this place is! It was so good, we went two weekends in a row, once with a large staff group and then came back with our kids and grandpa. Doors open at 5pm, so make plans to get there early and take advantage of all of the amazing things they have to offer. From the great animals and their handlers, the trail up to see the city view, the carriage ride with Bo and Jangles, and all the other outdoor activities. The Indian dancers were great! The food is 'chuckwagon' but is 5 star! The spice cake sends you immediately to a snowy Christmas morning, the moment you bite it. And the entertainment!! OMGoodness, nothing short of amazing. So talented (Bobby, Michael, Adam, Luke, Brian). This is Colorado! If you have family from out of town/state and want to see something authentic Colorado, THIS is where you need to go. Worth every dime!

Stopped by Flying W Ranch for a chuckwagon dinner. Had a great experience from buying tickets all the way to the end of dinner. Make sure to get here early when the grounds open to enjoy the ranch, all the animals (many are rescues!) and fun activities like archery and axe throwing. Service was was very friendly, many of the staff handling the animals and activities were also our servers on the food line. Get here early for seats closer to the stage too. Fun music with nice graphics to accompany it. Clean bathrooms and food was a good experience. Would recommend if you're on vacation in the area.

What a great evening of throwing horseshoes, arrow shooting, axe throwing, learning Indian heritage, dinner, and a great western show. Great for the family. You will not leave hungry! Enjoy!!!

    Great show!!

Awesome staff throughout the entire ranch! Very friendly and welcoming. We will be returning with family and friends!!

So. Much. Fun! The food was excellent. The activities are fun. We wished we had more time to do things. But then the show started and it was AMAZING. my family absolutely loved it! Highly recommend this entire experience.

Food was poor. Gristle pieces of brisket and chicken thigh that was tasteless. Entertaiment was ok.

I messaged on here and quickly had an appointment to come see the venue! We walked in and my husband said, "I think this is the place it just is so fitting for us." We did a walk through and fell in love with the venue, location and the fact that we had pretty much free rein over what details we wanted. We booked the venue for December 2018! We picked out a caterer, Baker, one of their preferred DJs, we did our our cocktail hour, one of their preferred bartenders, and Uriah as our photographer! The day of was so perfect for me. I picked out decor, table setting stuff, and all of that extra stuff and the people decorating just really made it look more beautiful than I had ever imagined. It was perfect. If you like magic or are looking for something unique to do in town his shows are absolutely amazing! He has 3 different sets of shows with different tricks and even a kids show during the day! He is super interactive with the crowd and picks participants throughout the crowd not just the front, which was nice. They have some snacks and soda/coffee/water before and during the show intermissions which was really nice but don't serve food or alcohol. For two wondrous hours, Cosmo held us spellbound, weaving wonder with every flick of the wrist-and every tale spun in golden thread.Cards danced, coins vanished, and logic surrendered to laughter and delight. The Magic Theater, adorned with vintage posters and filled with a cozy, inviting glow, was the perfect haven for this poetry of illusion. It felt as though the walls themselves whispered secrets of magicians past.
