I messaged on here and quickly had an appointment to come see the venue! We walked in and my husband said, "I think this is the place it just is so fitting for us." We did a walk through and fell in love with the venue, location and the fact that we had pretty much free rein over what details we wanted. We booked the venue for December 2018! We picked out a caterer, Baker, one of their preferred DJs, we did our our cocktail hour, one of their preferred bartenders, and Uriah as our photographer! The day of was so perfect for me. I picked out decor, table setting stuff, and all of that extra stuff and the people decorating just really made it look more beautiful than I had ever imagined. It was perfect. Even with a few hiccups, the crew just went with it and made it such a beautiful day. I so highly recommend this venue! Especially so you can have that personal touch on everything!

I asked for my receipt and realized I was charged more for items than what was on the menu. I have no issue paying $2 more for a burger or the tenders than what the menu price is. To me it's more about the principle. If the menu says 12.99 for tenders but I'm charged 14.99 I think that's a bit odd. Maybe updated menus to reflect charged pricing? All the items I had ordered were $2 more when charged vs what was on the menu.

The gnocchi was pretty great with a thick white cheese sauce and spinach. We also sampled the chicken sausage gumbo. The vegetable succotash was one of my favorites loaded with carrots, celery and beans. The salad was a spring mix with a lemon vinaigrette that definitely had a zippy tart flavor. I'd have them again. Side salad -- good. The ranch is made in house and very flavorful, and the salad was actually loaded with veggies. French fries with garlic aioli -- a bit of a letdown. We didn't even finish them. They came out okay, just a little dry, and the aioli itself wasn't very good -- we didn't really like it. Pro tip: The entrées looked pricey, which is why we stuck to snacking at the bar -- and after the fries came out, we were fine calling it there and eating elsewhere. All guests were served within 20 minutes which was quite a feat. Food was hot and very tasty. My husband went back for seconds of brisket and beans which was allowed :-) The show!!! The show was so much fun with just enough corniness but not overdone. They were incredible singers and musicians. We enjoyed the show greatly! (If you have any kind of back issue you might benefit by bringing a seat cushion as you'll be sitting on a hard surface for dinner and the show.)
