We stayed for only one since it was already almost 11 after the first one was done. There are restrooms a plenty, and a snack shack that has quite the selection. I'm all for nostalgia but there is no updating at all that I could tell. The concessions stand looked at felt worn down and the flies in there were out of control. The staff in the stand were good though.The ticket pricing is good, but you are getting what you paid for here. I wasn't expecting a tier one, first class experience here but I was hoping for kind of stepping back to my childhood experiences going to my drive in with my brothers and parents. I'm just being honest, the whole place just felt thrown together. At one point during the movie besides all the smoke from the cigarettes and pot, me and my starting smelling an odor of a sewer. Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't recommend going to this drive in especially with your kids. But if none of this bothers you, then I guess it is for you.

Rustic? That's a stretch... but I loved it anyway…read more Had a great time at Dakota Hot Springs, but when they say "rustic," that might be giving it a little too much credit. Think more "DIY charm with deferred maintenance." Only one of the two showers in the men's bathroom worked, and the outdoor shower looked like it had retired early. The shade cloth overhead was thin, ripped, and flapping in the wind like it was waving a white flag. That said, the water itself? Perfect. The big pool stayed at a great temp, and if you wander into the "lobster pot," prepare to boil yourself like you're on the menu--it's hot hot. Lots of room to spread out and catch sun, which was a big plus. Now, the real warning: dusk. When the sun dips, the mosquitoes come out like they've been fasting for weeks. I heard it's thanks to the stagnant dump water nearby, and they make sure you know they're there. Pro tip: bring bug spray or plan your exit before happy hour for the skeeters. All in all--quirks, flapping tarps, and dive-bombing mosquitoes included--I'll definitely be back. Just don't come expecting "spa chic." This is a hot springs with character (and a sense of humor).

I love the course BUT I won't deal with the disrespect of an old women who is power hungry with what little power she has on the course. I paid good money to golf and that's just what we were doing. I'm huge on etiquette and I follow golf rules strictly. That women's needs a new job she has no place on a golf course. I feel sorry for her husband and has to listen to that bs all the time.
