The upper level is larger with faster go-karts, while the lower level is a smaller track that's perfect for junior racers. Since I brought my daughters, we chose the junior track, and it was a great fit. Each racing session includes eight laps, and the operation runs very efficiently. As soon as one group finishes, the next group is loaded onto the track, so there isn't much downtime. After each race, everyone receives a printout with their race statistics and final rankings, which adds a fun, competitive touch. The facility has a nice observation area with plenty of seating for spectators. They also offer carnival-style food and snacks like chicken nuggets, French fries, cotton candy, slushies, and drinks. In the back, there are arcade games to keep everyone entertained while waiting for their race. Check-in was quick and easy using self-service kiosks. If you've raced before, you simply sign in. New drivers can register in just a few minutes, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the process. One thing I really appreciated was the focus on safety. My younger daughter was bumped during her race, and the go-karts stopped immediately. The staff quickly came over to check on her and made sure she was okay before asking if she wanted to continue. That level of attention was reassuring and showed they take safety seriously. One of the things to consider as a value-add is the videos available that range from product reviews to technical and instructional videos done by Jeff and his team. Jeff kinda comes off like a grumpy Dad who gives good advice but the kids do it differently and learn the hard way... but he keeps on giving the good advice because he cares and is passionate about the sport. He can be an acquired taste, but I have learned to follow his advice and instructions verbatim, as I set up and maintain my machines. I just purchased another top end kit for my 17' KTM 300XC, and the process is pretty much a No-brainer.... buy kit, watch video, follow instructions exactly, and results are excellent. They have videos on carb setup, engine tuning, installation and setup on most of the stuff they sell, and I always tune into their youtube channel for topics I am interested in. While I was riding, the adult go kart ahead of me had a missing gas cap and some gas was spilling on ground ahead of me. On another race, they had to stop the race 3 times because my son's go kart stalled out. The last time, they just drove out a backup kart for him to ride to finish the heat.
