My chilling Chico!
Mo B.

It's a very impressive space for fur babies. Spacious, nurtured grass, and lots of doggie bags. It's a bit of a drive, though. I think I liked it more than my dogs. When we got there, they sniffed around for a few minutes and then my snobby Chis walked up to the gate and looked at me as if to say, "there's nothing to see here. we're ready to go." I guess it is safe to say it's not for every dogs.

Took our dog to the park for the first time. This park is well maintained and clean, There are water fountains for the dog and owner, as well as bags to clean up after your pooch. We went on a Friday afternoon and had the place almost to ourselves. There is a place for timid dogs. don't go on Thursdays as it is closed for maint. A+

This park is awesome. Coming from the Chicago area..I was used to dog parks that required a ton of paperwork and an annual fee to join. And that's IF they had room for a new member. This park is FREE. No paperwork needed. Awesome. It's a HUGE fenced in field for your dog to run around like crazy. There is a large fenced off timid dog area as well. I find myself forced to use this section with my small dogs because almost all the dogs running around the field are big and rowdy. Most of the dogs are well behaved...but obviously dogs will be dogs. Note to fellow dog owners: If you know your dog is short tempered or you're not SURE how it's going to act around other dogs...leash it for a couple visits to get it used to the park/dogs. You can tell when all the newbies are there because more fights happen. There is a water fountain near the entrance. I suggest bringing some kind of container to fill up on your way in. There are plenty of tennis balls scattered on the ground for you to use. And people are pretty good about cleaning up the poop. From what I hear, they're closed on Thursdays for maintenence....clean up...whatever. Mornings seem to be better than evenings. There are more of the "regulars" in the morning. Evenings tend to have younger people with rowdier dogs that misbehave more. Just a tip. Seriously, don't bring your dog if it's an asshole. People WILL call you out for it. ;)

Wore out!

Love this dog park, best one in the valley! Between 12-1 they clean it but it's not a big deal if you stay in .

It's a nice large basin with trees, lighting and a timid dog area.

Our usual dog park is closed for renovations, so we Yelped the next closest dog park to take our…read morepups and came across Crossroads Park. The dog park is tucked in behind AZ ICE Gilbert. The park offers two sections: one for small dogs and one for big dogs. We have two big huskies, so we took them to the big dogs area. It's nothing fancy, but it's open and has plenty of space for our pups to run around. There's a few benches with shade and a water station. There weren't many dogs when we arrived, but this was in May, so it was already pretty hot. We stayed for almost an hour, just enough to let our pups get some energy out without getting too hot. We will be back!

Came here for a school cross country event. I brought some high schoolers to compete. My…read morecomplaint is the trees were waaaaaay overgrown and impossible to get a bus in and turned down any of the aisles with scraping the top, and both sides of the bus with big thick tree branches. I drive a brand new bus and not having a clear path out without picking the lesser of three evils and going down an aisle to hear the loud scratching of your paint job getting ruined was gut wrenching. Upon leaving I had deep scrapes along the roof line that are now clearly visible. I notified our directors and we won't be coming back to this location and if we do ever need to the students are getting dropped off way out on the street. I will not be coming back into this parking lot ever again.
