HOWEVER, the value for money is outstanding! $5 for a bacon and eggs, $10 for eggs benedict etc. I always base my reviews on a value for money concept which is why fine dining places and small kiosks can both get 5 stars. Jay's is just one of the best bang for bucks you will ever find. The setting of the place is extremely casual and staff are very friendly. What I also love is Jay himself is behind the counter, taking orders and making coffee. I really like where my money is going. The only criticism I have is that the coffee was a little weak. I went back twice during my stay and will never hesitate to go back there again.
