The seating areas, the umbrellas, the view, and the vineyards themselves. I recommend highly you come in summer, spring or fall and sit outside and enjoy your wine like we always do. I know the categories of their wines as dry, but, I found that they were more in the semi sweet side. They're sparkling wine, and the rosé were amazing. The reds were great as well. We ended up tasting six red wine and bought one bottle. They also have charcuterie, boards, and pizza. Go to this winery. You won't be disappointed.

They pour the wine and give you a glass holder with all of them at once, so you can take it where you want to enjoy your wine, which I really like. I got a large pretzel which was...fine. I expected and hoped for something more/better, but it was fine. My friend got a pizza and it was pretty alright as well. I am mostly just pleased and grateful that they have fairly substantial food options to enjoy with your wine. The tasting notes on the wine list are spot on, so pay attention to those! But also, try something new and different! The Almond bubbly was a delightful surprise! And the coffee infused wine was a bold offering. The only down side was the placement of the DJ and "kids table"...which I have no clue who's decision this was...maybe the wedding coordinator? The DJ was directly in front of our table and we got literally go blasted out of our seats : ) I think they eventually figured it out as the volume slowly came down, but I'm still ringing a bit. Regardless of that issue, I would totally recommend this venue for the aesthetics alone. We enjoy the wines and spirits, whether on site or at home Chef Romain has done a great job at offering lunches at the Bistro, along with Brunches and Special Events. This week we enjoyed their Wollersheim Bistro Wine Cellar Dinner for the first time. Wow! Held in the hallway at the head of their wine caves, circa 1850s, the setting is so unique with attendance limited. Cocktails / wine before, hors d'oeuvres, four course dinner with paired wine each round. Chef Romain and the knowledgeable servers were attentive, ensuring everyone's enjoyable time. They made for a sensational setting and experience. Their intent is to do this monthly or every two months. We are certainly looking forward to the next event, and will be visiting sooner to replenish our own bar!
