Our son is 14 and has been struggling with fitting into the box of standard schooling for the last few years and he had started to become down and frustrated with everything. He is an artist and that started reflecting in his drawings as well. After the visit he was still unsure but we knew this was the right school for him. After the first 2 weeks we started noticing changes at home. He became happier and this reflected not only in his demeanor but also in his artwork. When we got his school pictures back HE WAS SMILING!! He hasn't smiled in a school picture for at least 3 years. Watching him become more comfortable with himself and who he is since we started has been an amazing experience. Thank you to all of you that he comes into contact with on a daily basis. Thank you for letting him know you care about him and who he is, that you care about how he is learning and progressing and that you are there for him and for us. We have found a community within this school and we are very grateful to each of you!!

I sent my daughter to Montessori Vision Academy in Las Vegas, where she was enrolled in preschool…read more One day, she came home and told me, "The teacher said, 'I'm done with you,' and then she told me that teacher said "You need to finish this task -- look, your daddy is waiting outside and crying because you're not finishing it.'" Remember, my child is not even four years old. After this incident, she began arranging her toys and yelling at them, saying things like "Stop! Stop!" This behavior was very unusual for her and raised concerns. I reached out to other parents, and some of them said their children had made similar remarks about the same teacher. I requested a meeting with the preschool director and the teacher. During the meeting, the teacher denied everything, saying my daughter is one of the best students and she would never do such a thing. I calmly repeated the same words the director had used in our first meeting: "We need to trust children -- they are not manipulative." That very day, I withdrew my daughter from the school. To all parents reading this: trust your instincts and your kids.

Communication is an issue. A week into my children attending I start getting these emails telling me to pay. I figured Urban League pays on a certain day of the month so I was just getting the messages by default. Then I received an actual text from the school asking me to pay and I was so confused. Why hadn't someone from the school told me? Today, same deal. I'm told $220 is due next week for summer camp. No flyers sent home with the school. No outline of what summer camp includes versus what's offered any other time of the year. It's daycare. I didn't realize summer was outside of their normal business hours. It's not like it's an elementary school and I'm paying for the kids to attend outside of the regular school year. Naturally, I was pretty upset. I went to pick up my kids and asked about this random $220. I was told that it's $110 per kid and it covers the entire summer (but the regular weekly tuition is still due). They bring in a petting zoo and have other fun activities. I wish I would have been told this in advance. I don't have a problem with it, what I have a problem with is the lack of communication. What if I didn't have the money? I am, after all, on Urban league. The fees and the services that go along with those fees should be clearly communicated. They shouldn't just be requesting payment. Outside of the communication issue it's a very nice school. My kids enjoy it. The facility is clean. They feed the kids two meals and a snack and they even have a graduation for the kids that are on their way to kindergarten. I love the school itself. The communication aspect of it absolutely needs work because I don't think they understand nor taken to consideration the hardship that comes with charging people fees without notice.

As a mom, I was incredibly nervous about trusting someone else to watch him after only family has done so for his first year. But Emilie has been nothing short of amazing. She treats Adonis as if he were her own, always comforting him and making him feel loved and safe. The peace of mind I have knowing he is in such caring and capable hands is priceless. Thank you Emilie, and the entire team, for creating such a nurturing environment for my son!

I have played in the adult leagues also & all the staff here are amazing , the refs here are very professional & do their job ! I've gone to the other indoor soccer facility here in Vegas & I hated it, the energy is very negative & all the staff there is so rude . I grew up going to summer camps here, and now I bring my daughter for swimming lessons--it's such a full-circle experience. Every visit has been incredible, whether as a kid or now as a parent. Even though the building has been around for a while, it's kept in great shape. The ambience is clean, welcoming, and family-friendly, and it really feels like a space for the whole community. The staff has always been amazing--friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, which makes every experience that much better. One of the biggest pluses is the value. They offer so many activities at a really reasonable price, and this is definitely the place to find more discounted programs compared to elsewhere. From fitness classes and pools to kids' programs, you get so much for what you pay. Overall, the Henderson Multigenerational Center is a gem--nostalgic for me personally, but also such a reliable, affordable, and enjoyable place to bring my daughter. Highly recommend it for families and anyone looking to stay active in a welcoming environment!

She comes home happy, excited to tell me about her day, and I can tell she feels safe, supported, and truly seen. The teachers take the time to get to know each child individually, and it shows in the way they communicate and nurture their growth. Geneva has learned so much--not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. I've watched her confidence blossom since being there. What I appreciate most is the genuine warmth and consistency. I never have to worry when I drop her off; I know she's surrounded by people who care about her just as much as I do. I was nervous Just thinking about leaving my baby in the hands of strangers, but the staff at H&D eased my mind. H&D is great, it is like leaving your kids with relatives, but better. Once you're in, you are part of the family because they will treat you as such. My son is now 3 and I've seen tremendous growth in him over the years, and I've even learned a lot as a first-time mom. I am not looking forward to the day when he will have to go to school and leave H&D forever. H&D emphasizes learning and development of children, which I truly appreciate. Oh and btw, they have tons of activities during the summer. I have not left a review until now because it's such a hidden gem. I didn't want many people to know about it...but I guess this is how I found H&D to begin with, thanks to other parents who posted a review. So, if you are looking for a daycare for your babies, look no further. Go tour it today! Thank you to all of the staff at Hill & Dale for making my son's health and education a priority everyday!
