Everyone here has been super friendly and welcoming, and the teachers really seem to care about the kids. The center used to have many long-term employees, and we had a much more positive experience when that was the case. Since the change in leadership, however, we have seen a significant decline in consistency and professionalism. There seems to be a constant rotation of teachers and staff. It is not unusual to see new faces every week, and we have been told on multiple occasions that the center is short-staffed. We have also witnessed situations where teachers appear frustrated and have expressed negative feelings about upper management. The overall morale does not seem healthy, and unfortunately, it affects the experience for the children and parents. One recent situation was particularly frustrating. We received a message stating that, due to staffing shortages, the center could not accept "drop-ins." Our daughter was not a drop-in; she was already enrolled and expected to attend. One teacher initially said she could take our daughter, and then we were told by Brenna that she could not. We were then told another teacher was coming and would be able to take her once she arrived. We waited, only to then be told that the district manager had said she could not take our daughter either. There seems to be a recurring pattern of "my district manager said" whenever an issue arises. Regardless of whether those decisions are actually coming from the district manager, as a parent, it is frustrating to continually receive explanations that shift responsibility elsewhere rather than seeing clear accountability and communication from the center. Another serious concern has been incidents where our daughter has come home with marks on her face, and we have not received a clear explanation of how they happened. We have asked to review camera footage, especially because we were told this was something parents could request, but we have never actually been able to review the footage. The constant staffing issues, lack of consistency, poor communication, and lack of accountability have made us increasingly uncomfortable. It is heartbreaking to see how much this center has changed from when it had a stable, experienced team. Unfortunately, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this daycare. Parents should feel confident that their children are being cared for in a safe, consistent, professional environment, and we have not felt that way here.

Today I picked up my child and was informed he had been kicked in the head by another child on the playground and a few hours later he was BIT on the arm by another child that still wears pull-ups and looked like he should have been in a toddler classroom. if I post every detailed incident that my child has been through I don't think many parents would feel safe bringing their child here. I'm in a very tight situation because my child missed the cutoff to attend kindergarten and now he will have no choice but to continue moving from daycare to daycare until the new year starts for elementary school. While, naturally, there have been a few changes over time, the overall team remains impressively consistent, there is very little turnover, which is a testament to the positive culture and standards the school upholds. The previous director was good, but the current director, Mrs. Brittany, brings a refreshing level of warmth and approachability that creates a welcoming and nurturing environment. I also want to acknowledge the assistant director, Mrs. Doris, her leadership, attentiveness, and communication with parents are truly exceptional and an asset to the school. One of the things I respect most is that when a staff member doesn't align with the school's values or becomes problematic, the leadership seems to address it appropriately. That level of accountability provides me with peace of mind, knowing my child is in caring and capable hands. In terms of academics and care, I've been very happy with what Creative Kids offers. The education is developmentally appropriate, for both social and cognitive growth. I also deeply appreciate the school's diverse environment. It is balanced, inclusive, and reflects a real-world setting where children can thrive in mutual respect. While I don't wish to center the conversation around race, I do believe that early exposure to diversity is essential, and Creative Kids naturally cultivates that kind of environment. My only minor grievances would be the occasional issues with the water bottle situation (they should be readily available at all times) and sometimes the snack or food choices (in terms of nutritional value). However, these concerns are small in comparison to the overall quality and care the school provides. What has been especially meaningful is the sense of community I've found here. Over the years, I've connected with a wonderful group of parents (mothers and fathers) whose children have grown up alongside mine since their toddler years. We've created our own village, often coming together to celebrate birthdays, holidays, and other milestones outside of school. The friendships our children have formed feel more like extended family bonds, and that has made our experience at Creative Kids even more special. As my daughter prepares to enter kindergarten, I look back on our time here with immense gratitude. I wouldn't hesitate to send her back during the summer if it made sense for our schedule. That alone speaks to the trust, appreciation, and affection I have for this school and its dedicated staff. The playgrounds are great, and the facility is safe. I love that they offer the live camera access. They have learning plans each week and we appreciate that. The school is always clean. One of the first issues involved diapers and wipes. When we enrolled, the advertising clearly stated that diapers and wipes were included at no additional cost. About a year later, I noticed an extra charge on our account with no prior notice. When I questioned it, I was told I was mistaken and that they had never offered diapers and wipes at no charge. Fortunately, I still have a copy of the original advertisement showing otherwise. While I eventually let the issue go, it left me feeling that transparency and accountability were lacking. Over the years, I also became concerned about the number of times I was called to pick up my child because they supposedly had a fever. On multiple occasions, my child did not have a fever by the time I arrived. I also noticed these calls often seemed to happen when the center appeared to be short-staffed. I cannot say for certain what was happening behind the scenes, but it gave me the impression that staffing issues may have been influencing decisions about sending children home. Whether that was the case or not, it significantly eroded my trust. There were several other situations that, in my opinion, reflected poor business practices and questionable ethics. As parents, we place an incredible amount of trust in the people caring for and teaching our children. I expect honesty, transparency, and integrity from a childcare provider, and over time I no longer felt confident that those values were being upheld. The biggest confirmation that we made the right decision came after we left. Our child is noticeably happier, more excited about going to school, and their overall attitude has improved dramatically. That change alone tells me we made the right choice for our family. Every family's experience may be different, but based on ours, I can no longer recommend La Petite. I hope they take steps to improve their communication, transparency, and overall business practices because families deserve to feel confident in the care their children receive.

They never gave the run around about anything. The patience they have is something I wish I could bottle-up and take home. My oldest son attended kids r kids for 6 months, and then I pulled him out due to my maternity leave. After 3 months, I brought him back along with my new second baby. The first 6 months, I didn't have much concerns. Yes, he was constantly sick, he even contracted impetigo at one point from a classmate. But, this is daycare and at the age where everyone was putting things in their mouths. He did constantly have reports of other children bitting him, which my husband and I were very patient with. The assured me that they had talked to the parents, etc. He had a great teacher that showed him lots of love and I had great camera access. We had good rapport with the front office. We were never late to pick up our son. We always paid in full, on time. We did not complain. We complied by all the rules. We were flexible and understanding. Fast h to when we bring the babies back from my leave. My son was moved to a new classroom. Before coming back, I had a conversation with Mrs. Cindy about my concern for the transition, as my son was not verbal yet. On day 2 of returning, I get stopped as I was leaving the facility from pick up. I get handed a pamphlet by Mrs. Donna and get told that my son needs evaluation. She starts talking to me about autism and aspergers. I call my husband, he tells me I must've misunderstood. The next day, I come in and talk to his new teacher. Who tells me he doesn't follow instructions. That he doesn't play right. I talk to mrs. Cindy. She tells me that he's 2 and it's alarming that he puts his hand in a cup. My husband and I, are not closed minded people. We immediately make him and appointment for evaluation services. We call them at the daycare, we ask them to see if they are willing to help us, since they are watching our son full time. They swear they are here to help, that they are not going to kick us out. Fast forward to a week and a half later, mrs. Cindy refuses for an evaluator come work with our son at the facility. pulls me into the office the ne t morning and ask that I withdraw my children. There's no openings at any other daycare, but they want us out as soon as possible because he's too much for them to handle. They run their rooms at state minimum, and you would think that for the amount they charge, they could afford to hire more qualified people. Mrs Donna tells me that the initial teacher has been fired due to her impatience, but yet my son was the issue ? Because and administrator, went in to change diapers, and my son stuck his hand in the toilet ? Because you have a room of 8+ 2 year olds and you think it's ok to leave doors unlocked, and my son walked out of one due to you were inattentive? My husband calls the director, Michael, who tells him he's a children's psychologist and my son has some sort of auditory processing disorder. Question of the day: how many times did any of you spend observing the classroom ? Making sure your staff was doing it's best and not put the blame on a 2 Year old? We were watching the cameras like hawks after day 1, I saw mrs Cindy enter 3 times for less then 2 minutes and Michael entered not even once. Mind you, my newborn, was sat in a vibrating chair or a swing 90% of the day. Bare minimum stimulation and tummy time. Another mom I knew had to keep calling them to ask if they could please give her son tummy time, because on the cameras she could only see that he was sitting. My son never had autism or behavioral issues. Turns out, he had fluid in his ears and couldn't hear. He's now excelling. But kids r kids didn't have the time or patience to deal with it, despite the $2000 I was forking our every month. At the end, we take them to a new place. Find out what a true daycare is like. Milestone tracking. Education. Schedules. Lunches and breakfast that they enjoyed. Complete opposite of this place. I can only thank this place for kicking us out. My children couldn't be happier. Do yourself a favor, literally any other place will be worth your money. Adults who blame children - always a bad sign.

They were there for first steps, bottle-to-cup transitions, and so many important milestones. The teachers truly care, and as a mom, that peace of mind is everything. We've been amazed at how much they've learned (not just academically but socially and emotionally as well). Our daughter has developed a love for art thanks to the creative and unique projects led by Ms Mummert. We are grateful for the care and patience to the toddler teachers (Ms. Elysa, & Ms. Kanae, Mrs. Ranieri). This past year, the new leadership team has made an already great school even better with more extracurricular activities and special guests.
