The director Sylvia is a Godsend. My daughter wasn't too happy at her previous daycare and it showed. We stumbled upon the Pebble Kindercare one day and went to check it out. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We get many updates throughout the day and both my son and daughter love it there. I have a 3 year old and a 7 month old. Both are all smiles when I drop them off each morning. My 2 yo daughter and I moved to Las Vegas a year ago and started looking for a daycare after the Covid pandemic was better controlled here. Because she was diagnosed with behavioral delays, the transition from home to daycare needed to be smooth. I visited many local daycares in the area, but of course due to restrictions was not allowed past the front desk, and like every parent, health safety concerns were on the top of my list along with concerns on what they would do to help ease my child's (and mine) anxiety when I have to drop her off at the door and leave her with strangers who are covered by a mask. Everyone reassured me she would be fine, which felts like a placations rather than a genuine statement. Then I contacted Pebble Road KinderCare and received a follow up call from Sylvia, the Director who spent over an hour listening to my concerns and my daughter's history and telling me what they as a team would do to help my daughter through this difficult transition. She proposed to have my daughter come in after everyone had left the building to explore and play in the classroom by herself. On many subsequent calls I also spoke to Tina, the Assistant Director, who continued to validate my concerns and offered her earnest support. The teachers were briefed on my daughter's health issues and they actually took notes on how we do things at home, asked questions on what to do in various scenarios and then D-day came and EVERYONE was extraordinary! Although her first teacher subsequently left for family reasons, her teachers Kathie and Naomi along with Jeanne and Anne who helped check her temperature at the front door and Tina and Sylvia - THE ENTIRE TEAM - embraced my child with the love of 100 mothers. My daughter was comfortable leaving me behind and going to school after only a couple of weeks. They gave me super detailed updates throughout the day along with pictures of her and her daily activities, even short videos to show me how she's Interacting. The love continues now that she has moved on to the preschool class, and her new teachers, Kathy, Amelia and Naomi, along with everyone else, continue to provide my daughter with exceptional care. The amount of progress she has made in just a few short months has surprised not only myself, but also her therapy team. I cannot recommend Pebble Road KinderCare with any higher marks than 5/5 stars (wish they were gold stars cause everyone deserves them). A million thanks to everyone read more

Both of my children have gone to Kindercare, first at Green Valley and then at Pebble when they combined. They have thrived. My son entered Kindergarten this year confident and ready. The staff truly love the kids, all the way from the infant room to Transitional Kindergarten. Mr. Winn, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Brittney have especially had a huge impact. My husband recently had to travel for work, and my 2 year old had a rough time because she is a big daddy's girl. Ms. Kathy helped her make cards for her family to work through the rough feelings. Just one example of how great they are at helping kids become independent and confident. They have also been great through Covid. Mr. Winn at Pebble Road KinderCare in Henderson, NV is AMAZING! He made an amazing airport last month. There was a ticket counter and airplane that had the kiddos' pictures. Mr.Winn rocks!!! Every day I have pictures and a video of my son's day in Discovery Preschool, there is no guessing what they learned or did. I appreciate the effort and commitment he puts in every day. Mrs. Kathy was his Twos teacher and she has the biggest heart!. She always gave me at home suggestions. Before moving to her class she gave me potty tips and offered encouragement when we had setbacks. You truly cannot go wrong with the staff here. Everyone truly loves and cares for the kids. They are willing to answer your questions and listen to your concerns. I felt comfortable the moment I walked through the door. LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE! We recently moved to the area a few months ago with no friends or family in Las Vegas to recommend a daycare for our 1.5 year old and bonus covid made it impossible to even try and pop in to schedule a tour of the facility. My husband and I thankfully came across the Pebble Road KinderCare and so thrilled we did! The follow all the covid rules so of course we couldn't physically tour the facility but their friendly staff video chatted us and gave us the full tour while the children napped so they could give us our full attention and answer all of our questions. The first day rolled around and as a mom sending her child to "school"/daycare for the very first time I was a wreck. We were told we had to drop her off at the entrance after signing in and taking her temperature so again we couldn't go into the building. A few of the staff members greeted us at the door and made the transition VERY easy and happy. This shows how seriously they are taking everything with covid and our daughter got used to it in no time. We have only been going a few months but we already feel like part of the KinderCare family. We receive updates throughout the day of her diaper changes, food, how long she naps PLUS we receive a daily picture or video. My husband and I both work full-time at home and we get so excited when we receive the picture or video. We know our daughter LOVES it there and is having so much fun even though she can't say the words yet, her actions tell it all. If we say the word "school" or "daycare" in the morning she Rushes to grab her shoes and RUNS to the garage door so excited to get going and even hurries us up to start her day at kindercare. I work all day without any family close and for the price I paid I was expecting qualified, caring and educated staff providing quality care to my kid. We got incident reports twice a week (at least)... my baby got injured extremely often, sometimes without an explanation from the center. I can't talk for the center, but I have an opinion of the toddler's room and that room does not have any order or structure. After a major incident (i had to take him to the doctor immediately) I grabbed my kid and walked away from that place for-e-ver!! read more

My daughter started here 6 months ago coming from a different daycare. I was so surprised how different this place is from what we were used to before. We decided to move her because the other place went completely down the hill but I never expected the huge difference. The school is very clean, the kitchen too, the meals are delicious and the staff is loving and caring. The teacher turn around is low (there are teachers who have been here for 20 years) and my daughter is extremely happy to come here every day. Bonus: she is always clean at pick up :) I can not recommend this place enough. It is a little bit pricer than others but definitely worth it. Remember breakfast and lunch and snack are included daily (and it is family style, so your child won't come home hungry). We love it here and I recommend this place without any hesitation. read more

I absolutely love KinderCare. I have been struggling with my four year old with our recent ADHD diagnosis. Trying to find patient people to help me get him to socialize and behave and learn. We have been through daycare after daycare until finally we came to Kindercare. Although he was just recently unenrolled due to his behavioral issues. I will say Kindercare was the most helpful and understanding and kind group of people I've ever gotten a chance to know. Miss Sylvia specifically has the biggest heart and truly loves and cares for all of the students who attend. She was so upset to have to unenrolled my son, but given the situation even I as his mother understood why he needed to be let go. We've been struggling for months now to get him some help. And Miss Sylvia and the staff were very patient with trying to get him to behave and learn. They did everything they could until the higher-ups told her it was time to unenrolled him. I hold no hard feelings towards them. It's in fact the exact opposite. I am so happy to have met them and I had my son go there, even if it was just for a short period of time. They send you constant photos of them and updates throughout the day. They even except urban league (government assistance). They gave me resources after resources to reach out in hopes to get care for him faster!! I truly truly appreciate everything they did for us. They will be missed dearly read more

Like previous reviews stated I sent an email to set up a tour and get additional information. They were initially prompt at responding back to me. They provided the times they were available and I responded if Thursday at 2:45 would work. No response. Two days later I emailed them Again asking if we could make that work. They responded informing me they do virtual tours and they will call me at 2:45 2:45 comes and goes, I give them a call and they don't answer. This is beyond unprofessional and I wouldn't want to send my baby some where when they can't reply to a simple email or keep a meeting. read more

If you want the director of this kindercare to email all of the parents in your child's class about the issues your child faces then this place is for you! We were so extremely irate and embarrassed after an email was sent out about our 4 yo we contacted the regional manager who is helpful and apologetic, but it is very unfortunate our family had to suffer for the complete lack of professionalism and judgment placed on our son. An investigation is underway on her, however, as parents, we will not know the outcome (imagine privacy!) A reply all email was sent by myself, but never received since the director used a no reply email and it could not be retracted either, so she clearly knew it was malicious. My husband called her immediately and just got an empty I'm sorry but this is what it is. I am certain the email was not meant for us to see. The niceness and promises to our faces were clearly very different from what we received here. As essential workers, we help this community daily and was hoping for the same from a nationwide daycare, especially when our child could use extra resources, however it is no where near what we received. Unfortunately this place is not what they advertise. Our 4 yo son is very strong willed and will push boundaries and maybe ADHD, he is an active FOUR YEAR OLD boy, but the privacy violation and unprofessionalism are both unfathomable. Instead of helping a FOUR YEAR OLD, they ridiculed him, obviously at the center and to all the other parents. Unacceptable. read more

Our daughter was at Green Valley Kindercare first and then at Pebble Road when they combined the two centers. She started in the infant room, then toddlers, and was in preschool when we moved back to CA. I cannot say enough good things about her time there. The teachers want to be here, and the children are important to them. This is not the case for many preschools. Feeling wanted and included was so important for our daughter's comfort and security. Classes are large but they have multiple teachers in each class and do a great job of being present and providing some one on one each day. They are open to criticisms! And we had a few. But we were never made to feel like our opinions didn't matter. Lesson plans are excellent and they learn so much. After school activities and parent nights are fun. Excellent management and staff. My 2.5 year old son has been attending KinderCare since October 2020 when we moved to the area. The school came highly recommended. The center director Sylvia is very involved and hands on. Tina in the front office works harder than most people I know! My son is happy when he comes home and talks about his teachers Kathy and Sara. I know daycare is tough during a pandemic but KinderCare is doing it right and I feel very safe sending my son. He rarely gets sick as opposed to his last daycare where he was sick weekly. After touring other schools in the area, I knew this was the right fit right when we got there. read more

I can only base this review on what we saw on our recent visit. We are still in the process of selecting a day care since moving into our new house in green valley. The two teachers that were in with the kids in our room, he's 14 months, were really nice to us and to our son. He actually seemed to like it here right away. Usually he grabs my leg when I put him down in a new environment, but here he grabbed a toy and started playing. He also loved the outside area and was running around. I was going to give this review 4 stars since I didn't have too much information, but the extra star comes from the fact that they let our son have one of the hamburgers that they were having for lunch right then. He saw the others eating, and the teachers didn't want him to feel left out. They lady that gave us the tour seemed to know all the kids names, and even commented a couple of times about the when people were dropping off their kids. She noticed that it was earlier or later than usual, something only someone who cares would notice. She also was telling me that 4-5 of her kids from the infant room were moving up to the toddler room, you could see how much she cared for them and that she would miss them a lot. This is a bit pricier than my last day care. I think by a little over $50 per week more, but the piece of mind that my son felt comfortable, and the care that the teachers seem to give, makes up for it. Also, there are no cameras there. That was something I liked about my last day care. Again, only leaving it because of moving to the far side of town. We used the camera viewing in the beginning because it was the first time leaving him, but have tapered off the use since then. read more

What an awesome place! My 3.5 year old daughter loves it there. Their staff is very experienced and very caring. I am always greeted and update on my child's progress. It must also be noted that the facility is extremely clean! We love the fact that they prepare the food on site and the teacher eats with the kids. My husband works in construction so his schedule constantly changes and they have always been more than happy to accommodate our schedule even at the last minute. My son comes home and amazes me with the things he learns. You know it's a great school when you child is excited to go and will ask for his teachers even when he's at home. As a first time parent preparing to go back to work, searching for care for my 5 month old is very scary. That is why I was so excited when I read the reviews on this place. I reached out to them without hesitation and was delighted when they reached back to schedule a FaceTime tour the next day. My tour was scheduled for Friday, July 9th at 5:45. Well, 5:45 on Friday rolls around, and I didn't receive the FaceTime call. 6 rolls around, and I decided to call them and see what's going on. The person who answered the phone LAUGHED at me when I told her I was scheduled for a FaceTime tour. At that moment I had decided my child wasn't going there, but I continued talking to them anyway. One of their teachers provided the FaceTime tour, and she was really sweet but couldn't answer any of my questions. She handed the phone to her boss and while laughing, her boss said "look, I don't have any spots open and I don't know when I will." The lack of professionalism at this establishment is infuriating. You would think that they would try to make parents feel heard, but this is clearly all a joke to them. read more

I have never felt so at home, I have 2 children and pre pandemic we attended attended another center in the henderson area and though we were happy with the services we recieved at our previous center until we enrolled here. I have never felt so comfortable and happy at a preschool.At Kindercare Pebble, I feel like family . The management team Tina and Sylvia have been nothing but welcoming and accomodating even during my toughest days as a mom. My childrens teachers throughout there time here at Kindercare Pebble have guided us through some rough patches, I appreciate the patience and openness throughout my childs growing pains.We were truly a team in working through behaviors. I can only say such fantastic things about this kindercare and the great staff that work there! We just moved to Henderson and needed a day care right away. I gave Loretta a call on Friday to ask about availability and she was quick to say my son can start on Monday! My son is in the infant room and has only been there for 2 weeks but it seems like longer with how open all of the teachers are! He already has his pictures on the wall on the room with activities they do with him during the day! It makes me so happy to walk in and feel welcomed by teachers not even in his room! The Pebble Road KinderCare is fantastic -- a safe and loving environment for children. It's clean, organized and full of teachers who care. From the first day we toured the center, the teachers and administrators knew our kids' name and our names. They go out of their way to make sure our kids are comfortable, enriched, happy and engaged. Even teachers in other classrooms know our boys and take an interest in their lives. Both our boys have flourished here. We see them grow smarter, stronger and more curious every day, in large part to the hard work and love they receive from the KinderCare staff. Like most first time parents, my husband and I were very skeptical of leaving our baby with "strangers" at a new daycare. From the moment we walked in the door, we were told that we were part of the KinderCare family, and boy, were they right! Everyone at Pebble Road KinderCare has been amazing; the infant teachers gave our daughter love, care and just enough independence to transfer to the toddler room where she has thrived. We tried to take our daughter to a different center that was closer to home, but quickly took her back to KinderCare. If there is one thing you don't want to feel uneasy about it is your child's care. I never worry dropping my daughter off. The curriculum is age appropriate and there is also plenty of independent play time as well. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are provided, although I do typically pack my daughters lunch. I know when I drop my kids off - they will, no doubt, be taken care of. The center is clean, safe and fun. My Son's been attending Pebbleroad Kindercare for almost 2 years now and He loves it. He loves His teachers, His "friends", the school staff is awesome. As a first time mom, I was beyond nervous about leaving my son in anyone's care, but upon my first surprise visit to the school, they made me feel confident in them, their staff and how they interacted and handled the families and kiddos so I was hooked. I had visited other schools in the neighborhood before touring Kindercare, but was terrified by what I didn't see and how they handled my surprise visit so refused enrolling my son. Our son went to pre k here and it was great. Mrs Rene and others were great. Helped me through many tears. We then enrolled our son for kindergarten. We were not told until the last minute that the teacher we expected was not going to be teaching. Instead he started the school year with different teachers then finally his regular teacher came in. We thought he would learn a lot being only 5 kids were in the class. Well needless to say it was an awful experience. Ms Marlania was the teacher and she had no idea what she was doing. Didn't teach them much through the year . So much frustration. The director apologized to us but that was it. No action was taken. We complained several times! We had to pay for a private tutor because we did not want him to be behind! This school was over priced and it was a day care not a school. My son still says how all they really did was art. So frustrating that this school got away with it. Ms Loretta was the director and she admitted the teacher was not doing was she was supposed to but nothing was done. We still payed the tuition . If you are considering this school please don't!! American Heritage has pre K also and they are amazing and reading before kindergarten. This kindercare should only be a day care. My son went here for a week because I found a groupon. The staff was very friendly and accommodating since he was only going for a week. His teacher was very welcoming and loving, and the entire staff was very welcoming as well. After just one week we felt like we were a part of their family. The place is clean and has a great outdoor area for kids. The classrooms are big and bright and very nice. If my son wasn't starting school I would've kept him there. read more

We have taken our girls to the Pebble Kindercare location for several years. It is such a blessing to see them greet their friends and teachers in the morning and leave with no tears! When I pick them up, they are busy playing and it's hard to round them up at times because they're having so much fun. They have also learned so much - letters and letter sounds, addition, and more! Lots of beautiful, creative art projects as well throughout the year, and tons of fun activities. Clean, well-designed facility with plenty of room for outdoor play, with misters for the summertime (a must in Las Vegas!). The class -sizes are full. Other schools have a separate class for 2 -3 year-olds and 3-4 years but not this place! The children spend more time outdoors playing in the yard than actually learning. The curriculum is outdated and not age-appropriate. I was not happy with this place. Very high turnover of teachers too. read more
