Unfortunately, I met Dr. Wynn after being diagnosed with breast cancer at the ripe age of 33. First stop on my cancer journey, the first place I went to, was Dr. Wynn. I was so anxious to meet him, I had so many questions, so many unknowns. 30 seconds into meeting Dr. Wynn, I was out at ease. A plan was put in place, I knew what was ahead, I felt secure/supported/understood. Almost 6 months later, 3 surgeries by Dr. Wynn and I and cancer free. And if I'm completely honest, their nurse, who is a patient of Dr. Wynn's herself, met with me one on one prior to one of my appointments, she had breast cancer herself. For some reason I connected with her and she helped me more than anyone else has on this ride. What she shared with me I can't share, you can't pay for that sort of support. Dr. Wynn, his office and staff are absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about my entire experience here. I hope to never see him again, but I know if I do, I am under the most amazing care. I asked his opinion of what might be best for my face and he suggested a brow lift and a facelift which included my neck. The thought of the brow lift initially scared me so I was reticent and thought perhaps I shouldn't do it. What I loved was that Dr. Lavey did not push me into the brow lift it at all. After another consult I decided to proceed with the brow lift in addition to my facelift and I'm so glad I did. What a huge difference. I was given a prescription for a strong pain medication to use after the procedure if I wanted, but I never needed anything other than over the counter Tylenol. All that worrying was for not because there was no pain with my procedures! It's more of a weird feeling because things are tight and numb. Incredible! In my case, I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. However, I genuinely appreciated the time and attention he gave during the visit. It's rare these days to come across a doctor who isn't rushing through appointments and who prioritizes making sure patients feel heard and informed. I'm a bigger lady and, because of that, need the bigger blood pressure cuff. The woman who took my blood pressure in the office used a small blood pressure cuff, causing a false reading of high blood pressure because it was severely constricting my arm. When I mentioned to her that I'm just fat but don't have high blood pressure, she just shrugged me off and told me to go to my doctor every few days to have my blood pressure checked leading up to the surgery. My doctor, being an actual medical professional, took my blood pressure correctly and determined that I did not have high blood pressure and immediately questioned if the woman that attempted to first take my blood pressure was even a doctor. Hilarious, inconvenient, but ultimately no big deal. My surgery date came and went and I immediately noticed afterward that I was having issues holding my pee. I mentioned this to the "medical" staff at Dr Stompro's office and they informed me that this is normal after surgery and that it should go away with time. When it didn't, I brought it up again and one of the "medical" staff at Dr. Stompro's office pointed out that it may be because of weakness in my abdomen or because of fat putting pressure on my bladder?? I don't know, whatever. So I continue on. I ignored it, I tried to treat it, and here we are. Y'all, I'm THREE YEARS past the surgery and I'm not even 30 and I'm still incontinent from this surgery. I've gone to a urologist that was too fat-phobic to even try to diagnose me, a physical therapist that figured it had to be because my pelvic floor was weak (then she determined it isn't), and another specialist that has finally determined that it may be a nerve issue (further testing needed). All we know is that I wasn't incontinent before the surgery and I am now. I called Dr. Stompro's office recently for the paperwork associated with my surgery so that I can pass it along to the specialist to see if it helps to determine a cause of the incontinence (and thus a fix) and the front desk person was rude for no reason?? I think she assumed I was getting the paperwork to sue?? I'm sure they all know I would have been able to sue because, and I cannot express this enough, INCONTINENCE IS NOT AN EXPECTED OUTCOME FOR LIPOSUCTION. Look, if I weren't outside of the statute of limitations I WOULD sue but, since I am, I just want to stop being incontinent. I'm still fat after my liposuction, which I don't mind! I'm soft and shapely and I love that, I just want to stop peeing on myself randomly. I'm now leaving reviews everywhere and filing a complaint against this office - I spent nearly $15,000 to be incontinent for potentially the rest of my life. I'd recommend another office, another doctor, another everything.

My skin has always been one of the things I get compliments on, and I really believe the consistency of my skincare and treatments over the years has made a huge difference. For the last 10 years I have always seen Linda, and she has been unbelievable. More recently I started seeing April, who has been mentored by Linda for 20 plus years took and she has been fantastic too. It has been nice to see that the quality of care has stayed the same. One thing I really appreciate about Elite MD is that their providers do not just try to sell you whatever treatment you ask for. There have been times when I wanted something and they actually told me no because they didn't think I needed it. I think that is extremely important, especially with aesthetic treatments. If you are a teenager struggling with acne, I would definitely recommend looking into Elite MD. If you don't want the only answer to be medication or prescription acne treatment, they have aestheticians who can help with skincare and acne management, as well as lasers and other aesthetic treatments. They have a dermatologist, aesthetician services and a full Laser Institute, so you can have different options depending on your skin. I have also been using Dr. Sonia's skincare products since I was a teenager, and I absolutely love them. Having a consistent medical-grade skincare routine has been a big part of my experience there. I have referred my entire family to Elite MD, from my mother to my grandmother, and I have also sent many friends there. My family has had plastic surgery with Dr. Bansal, and we have all loved our experience. What I especially appreciate about Dr. Bansal is that he doesn't seem focused only on how you are going to look. He talks about the bigger picture -- mind, body and soul, health, lifestyle and how you feel about yourself. That approach really matters to my family. I honestly don't know many places where you can have a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, aestheticians and a Laser Institute all in the same facility. For someone looking for skincare, acne treatment, laser treatments, aesthetic treatments or plastic surgery, I think having all of those services together is a huge advantage. I have been an Elite MD patient for many years, and this isn't based on one treatment or one visit. My entire family has used them over the years, and that is why I feel comfortable recommending them. If you are looking for a dermatologist and plastic surgeon in the same practice, especially if you are interested in skincare, acne, laser treatments, aesthetics or plastic surgery, Elite MD is definitely a place I would recommend checking out.

My Experience With EliteMD -- Disappointed With How My $1,000 Deposit Was Handled…read more I normally don't write reviews like this, but I feel that my experience needs to be shared because this situation has been extremely frustrating and financially difficult for my family. I initially contacted EliteMD after my pregnancy because I was struggling with my weight and postpartum depression and was hoping to find a treatment that could help me feel better about myself and my health. After my consultation, I was told that I needed to place a $1,000 deposit to secure my procedure date. I paid the deposit by credit card, and everything was scheduled. However, before my appointment, I found out that I was pregnant again. I immediately contacted the clinic in November 2025 to let them know that I could no longer move forward with the procedure. At that time, rather than discussing a refund, I was told that the deposit could be held until after I gave birth. I understood that at the time and did not push the issue. Then, in January 2026, I was laid off from my job, and my financial situation became extremely difficult. I contacted EliteMD again in May and asked if my $1,000 deposit could be refunded because I was no longer in a position to proceed. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult time getting a response. I called multiple times and felt like I was being ignored. Eventually, on September 2, someone finally took the time to help me. I was told that the refund would need approval from multiple levels of management and that the process could take around two weeks. I understood that there could potentially be a processing fee because I had originally paid by credit card, and I was willing to accept that as long as I could receive my deposit back. Later, I received a call telling me that my refund request had been denied. I explained my situation again and asked if there was anything they could do because this was a deposit for a procedure that I never received. I asked if she could please speak with accounting one more time to see if they could help me. She agreed to ask again, and I waited. Then, on September 23, instead of receiving a phone call, I received a text message stating that they had processed a $500 refund. I was honestly shocked. I asked whether $500 was the maximum amount they could refund, but I never received an answer to that question. I was simply told that the $500 had been refunded to the card I originally used and given the date it was processed. So, to be clear: I paid a $1,000 deposit, I never received the procedure, and I was refunded only $500. I understand that businesses have policies, and I understand that there can be legitimate costs associated with credit card transactions. I would have understood a reasonable processing fee. But losing 50% of a $1,000 deposit for a procedure that never took place is very difficult for me to understand. What makes this even more painful is the timing. My family has been going through a very difficult period financially. I was laid off, and I am currently dealing with significant expenses while caring for my child, including hospital bills after my son was injured in a fire. Right now, every dollar matters to my family. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for what I believe is a reasonable explanation: What happened to the other $500? Why was only half of my deposit refunded when I never received the procedure? I would genuinely appreciate an explanation from EliteMD regarding how this amount was calculated and what policy allowed them to retain the remaining $500. I am sharing this review because when someone is looking for a medical practice, I believe they should consider not only the treatment itself, but also how the practice handles patients when circumstances change unexpectedly. My experience left me feeling very disappointed and unheard, especially during a financially difficult time in my life. I hope EliteMD will reconsider this situation and provide a clear explanation of the remaining $500.

He was driving and collapsed forward in pain and could not regain a sitting position. It took 6-8 weeks of testing, imaging, medications and overwhelming frustration and concern. We ended up in Dr. Gardiner's office where he carefully examined the data, including approximately 50 needle samplings through our son's liver to the sight of a 2 in. mass. After Dr. Gartiner's review, he looked our 22 yr old son in the eye and said, Let's just get it out and evaluate the entire mass. My son was relived. The surgery had many complications since the mass had grown around the vena cava -- one wrong move and he could have bled out on the table. The diagnosis came in stages, took 6 weeks, and was found to be an extremely rare type of "tumor", an infection may be a better term. We were referred to the appropriate doctor/medical discipline and he was on Big Guns antibiotics for months. I give Dr. Gardiner credit for saving our son's life -- it was really close!
