His approach is highly individualized, with careful attention to each patient's unique features and goals rather than a standardized treatment plan. He demonstrates exceptional precision and a refined artistic eye, producing results that are both natural and aesthetically balanced. His ability to combine technical expertise with a nuanced understanding of facial and body harmony truly sets him apart. In addition to his clinical excellence, Dr. Lavey is warm, attentive, and deeply committed to patient care. He takes the time to ensure clear communication and alignment on expectations, which creates a strong sense of trust and confidence throughout the process. His office staff reflects the same level of professionalism--welcoming, respectful, and highly organized--contributing to a seamless and comfortable experience. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Dr. Lavey. His expertise, integrity, and outstanding results make him exceptional in his field. I could not be happier with his brilliant work!

I asked his opinion of what might be best for my face and he suggested a brow lift and a facelift which included my neck. The thought of the brow lift initially scared me so I was reticent and thought perhaps I shouldn't do it. What I loved was that Dr. Lavey did not push me into the brow lift it at all. After another consult I decided to proceed with the brow lift in addition to my facelift and I'm so glad I did. What a huge difference. I was given a prescription for a strong pain medication to use after the procedure if I wanted, but I never needed anything other than over the counter Tylenol. All that worrying was for not because there was no pain with my procedures! It's more of a weird feeling because things are tight and numb. Incredible! Thank you thank you to Dr. Lavey and his staff for making me feel pretty again.

I'm a bigger lady and, because of that, need the bigger blood pressure cuff. The woman who took my blood pressure in the office used a small blood pressure cuff, causing a false reading of high blood pressure because it was severely constricting my arm. When I mentioned to her that I'm just fat but don't have high blood pressure, she just shrugged me off and told me to go to my doctor every few days to have my blood pressure checked leading up to the surgery. My doctor, being an actual medical professional, took my blood pressure correctly and determined that I did not have high blood pressure and immediately questioned if the woman that attempted to first take my blood pressure was even a doctor. Hilarious, inconvenient, but ultimately no big deal. My surgery date came and went and I immediately noticed afterward that I was having issues holding my pee. I mentioned this to the "medical" staff at Dr Stompro's office and they informed me that this is normal after surgery and that it should go away with time. When it didn't, I brought it up again and one of the "medical" staff at Dr. Stompro's office pointed out that it may be because of weakness in my abdomen or because of fat putting pressure on my bladder?? I don't know, whatever. So I continue on. I ignored it, I tried to treat it, and here we are. Y'all, I'm THREE YEARS past the surgery and I'm not even 30 and I'm still incontinent from this surgery. I've gone to a urologist that was too fat-phobic to even try to diagnose me, a physical therapist that figured it had to be because my pelvic floor was weak (then she determined it isn't), and another specialist that has finally determined that it may be a nerve issue (further testing needed). All we know is that I wasn't incontinent before the surgery and I am now. I called Dr. Stompro's office recently for the paperwork associated with my surgery so that I can pass it along to the specialist to see if it helps to determine a cause of the incontinence (and thus a fix) and the front desk person was rude for no reason?? I think she assumed I was getting the paperwork to sue?? I'm sure they all know I would have been able to sue because, and I cannot express this enough, INCONTINENCE IS NOT AN EXPECTED OUTCOME FOR LIPOSUCTION. Look, if I weren't outside of the statute of limitations I WOULD sue but, since I am, I just want to stop being incontinent. I'm still fat after my liposuction, which I don't mind! I'm soft and shapely and I love that, I just want to stop peeing on myself randomly. I'm now leaving reviews everywhere and filing a complaint against this office - I spent nearly $15,000 to be incontinent for potentially the rest of my life. I'd recommend another office, another doctor, another everything.

Dr. Lee had a very cool attitude towards me after he looked at my passed records. He knew I wasn't one of his regular patients, even though my other gastro Dr. said he was the one that did my gallbladder surgery. Had no record of it!! He couldn't help me at all. He just recommended a pain management group who I have already seen, and would NOT see again. This pain group asked me to order a special pill that I've never heard of and that was out of state, pretty expensive AND not covered by insurance. Not sounding to normal to me at all. Dr. Lee really didn't seem interested in helping me at all. The visit was a waste of time and very disappointing.

My husband mentioned a painful bodily issue I had experienced and Dr. Lee completely cut him off. He was somewhat dismissive regarding my pain issues following surgery done by Dat Tien Nguyen. He commented that I should simply be happy that the two breast lumps were not cancerous and basically to get over it; meaning the injuries and pain. I told him I was grateful the lumps were not cancerous, yet my pain was unbearable and I had blood oozing from my nipple. After he saw the blood coming out of my nipple he seemed to understand my pain and issues were legit. He did order blood work and an ultrasound, which was good. He reaffirmed what other pain specialists had told me; the nerve damage suffered during Nguyen's surgery would be with me for life. The nerve pain was and IS in my breast and runs down into my ribs. I told Dr. Lee I had seen Dr. Peter Wong at Tri Valley Physicians about a week prior to my visit with him. I told him Dr. Wong prescribed an antibiotic for an infection, which I soon learned I did not have. Dr. Lee also reaffirmed that patients should not be treated with antibiotics if they do not have an infection; as was my case. Keep that in mind folks; be certain you actually DO have an infection before being treated for an infection. I had the ultrasound performed, yet wasn't called with the results as promised. I called his office and an employee, Frida took my message regarding the test results. Frida (hope I am spelling her name correctly) was a gem. She is a nice lady, compassionate and very professional. She gave Dr. Lee my message, yet he still failed to call with the test results. I called again the following day, as I'd been waiting on pins and needles for the test results. Frida said my test results were setting on his desk and had been for a couple days. I could tell she was frustrated too that he had not yet called me. Finally, Dr. Lee did call with the test results, yet he did not speak to me. Instead he left very detailed, private medical testing information on my answering machine. I was livid when I retrieved the message. I called him and expressed being angered by him leaving the detailed testing results on my answering machine for my children to hear and he did not care. ...HIPAA violation. You guessed it, another doctor added to the "Do Not Recommend" list. Sadly, that list has become very long.

When Dr. Oliveira moved from Pleasanton (Valley Health) to Palo Alto Medical Foundation, I was disappointed. I knew that moving to a bigger, more institutionally oriented group wasn't going to sit well with me, and knew that wait times would be longer, staff would be less personable, my identity would be less important. I am happy to say that I was 100% wrong. Even being "new" to this medical group, I waited the shortest period of time I have ever waited, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, the nurse took extra time to chat personally with me, and was totally unrushed in taking my vitals, discussing med history and so forth. Dr. Oliveira has been my favorite doctor since I began seeing her. She's quick witted, articulate, intelligent, extremely knowledgeable and committed. I see her very infrequently, and yet, each time, without fail, she remembers family member names, occupations, events from years ago. My skin has always been one of the things I get compliments on, and I really believe the consistency of my skincare and treatments over the years has made a huge difference. For the last 10 years I have always seen Linda, and she has been unbelievable. More recently I started seeing April, who has been mentored by Linda for 20 plus years took and she has been fantastic too. It has been nice to see that the quality of care has stayed the same. One thing I really appreciate about Elite MD is that their providers do not just try to sell you whatever treatment you ask for. There have been times when I wanted something and they actually told me no because they didn't think I needed it. I think that is extremely important, especially with aesthetic treatments. If you are a teenager struggling with acne, I would definitely recommend looking into Elite MD. If you don't want the only answer to be medication or prescription acne treatment, they have aestheticians who can help with skincare and acne management, as well as lasers and other aesthetic treatments. They have a dermatologist, aesthetician services and a full Laser Institute, so you can have different options depending on your skin. I have also been using Dr. Sonia's skincare products since I was a teenager, and I absolutely love them. Having a consistent medical-grade skincare routine has been a big part of my experience there. I have referred my entire family to Elite MD, from my mother to my grandmother, and I have also sent many friends there. My family has had plastic surgery with Dr. Bansal, and we have all loved our experience. What I especially appreciate about Dr. Bansal is that he doesn't seem focused only on how you are going to look. He talks about the bigger picture -- mind, body and soul, health, lifestyle and how you feel about yourself. That approach really matters to my family. I honestly don't know many places where you can have a dermatologist, plastic surgeon, aestheticians and a Laser Institute all in the same facility. For someone looking for skincare, acne treatment, laser treatments, aesthetic treatments or plastic surgery, I think having all of those services together is a huge advantage. I have been an Elite MD patient for many years, and this isn't based on one treatment or one visit. My entire family has used them over the years, and that is why I feel comfortable recommending them. If you are looking for a dermatologist and plastic surgeon in the same practice, especially if you are interested in skincare, acne, laser treatments, aesthetics or plastic surgery, Elite MD is definitely a place I would recommend checking out.

My Experience With EliteMD -- Disappointed With How My $1,000 Deposit Was Handled…read more I normally don't write reviews like this, but I feel that my experience needs to be shared because this situation has been extremely frustrating and financially difficult for my family. I initially contacted EliteMD after my pregnancy because I was struggling with my weight and postpartum depression and was hoping to find a treatment that could help me feel better about myself and my health. After my consultation, I was told that I needed to place a $1,000 deposit to secure my procedure date. I paid the deposit by credit card, and everything was scheduled. However, before my appointment, I found out that I was pregnant again. I immediately contacted the clinic in November 2025 to let them know that I could no longer move forward with the procedure. At that time, rather than discussing a refund, I was told that the deposit could be held until after I gave birth. I understood that at the time and did not push the issue. Then, in January 2026, I was laid off from my job, and my financial situation became extremely difficult. I contacted EliteMD again in May and asked if my $1,000 deposit could be refunded because I was no longer in a position to proceed. Unfortunately, I had a very difficult time getting a response. I called multiple times and felt like I was being ignored. Eventually, on September 2, someone finally took the time to help me. I was told that the refund would need approval from multiple levels of management and that the process could take around two weeks. I understood that there could potentially be a processing fee because I had originally paid by credit card, and I was willing to accept that as long as I could receive my deposit back. Later, I received a call telling me that my refund request had been denied. I explained my situation again and asked if there was anything they could do because this was a deposit for a procedure that I never received. I asked if she could please speak with accounting one more time to see if they could help me. She agreed to ask again, and I waited. Then, on September 23, instead of receiving a phone call, I received a text message stating that they had processed a $500 refund. I was honestly shocked. I asked whether $500 was the maximum amount they could refund, but I never received an answer to that question. I was simply told that the $500 had been refunded to the card I originally used and given the date it was processed. So, to be clear: I paid a $1,000 deposit, I never received the procedure, and I was refunded only $500. I understand that businesses have policies, and I understand that there can be legitimate costs associated with credit card transactions. I would have understood a reasonable processing fee. But losing 50% of a $1,000 deposit for a procedure that never took place is very difficult for me to understand. What makes this even more painful is the timing. My family has been going through a very difficult period financially. I was laid off, and I am currently dealing with significant expenses while caring for my child, including hospital bills after my son was injured in a fire. Right now, every dollar matters to my family. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for what I believe is a reasonable explanation: What happened to the other $500? Why was only half of my deposit refunded when I never received the procedure? I would genuinely appreciate an explanation from EliteMD regarding how this amount was calculated and what policy allowed them to retain the remaining $500. I am sharing this review because when someone is looking for a medical practice, I believe they should consider not only the treatment itself, but also how the practice handles patients when circumstances change unexpectedly. My experience left me feeling very disappointed and unheard, especially during a financially difficult time in my life. I hope EliteMD will reconsider this situation and provide a clear explanation of the remaining $500.
