If you need labs...I hope your phone or iPad are charged or you brought something to read. You'll probably wait a little while. But at least the phlebotomist was able to get my labs drawn on the first poke, despite my teeny tiny cancer survivor veins. This brings me to my next point -- the oncology department seems like a really well run machine. I hope it wasn't just a fluke. I had almost zero wait time in the waiting room before the medical assistant took my vitals and led me to an exam room. My oncologist was thorough and it was a comfort knowing that if I ever do need cancer treatment again, at least I'll be in good hands. I've had two appointments with their diagnostic imaging department, and I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep during my first one, which was a neck ultrasound. The technician who performed it was so sweet and gentle as she took the images for my doctor to review. I had to deduct a star due to the parking situation. Yes, there is valet but seriously this place needs to add additional parking. This is a multi-story building with many departments and I find myself arriving at least a half hour earlier than my appointment "arrive by" time (which is usually 15 min. before) just to find parking.

If this was a rare occurrence then it's not a big deal. But this is every single time which is ridiculous. The doctors are usually always late because patient are always late. The patients are always late because they can't find any parking ever. Adding 1 star because our OB GYN is nice. But once we're done with the process, I am not coming back here cause it is just high blood pressure and extreme amounts of cortisol coming here every time. Not worth it for even the best doctors.

It is very clean and organized with many nice facilities. Today I visited the hospital cafeteria . It used to be very nice and quiet with indoor seatings . It looks like is is under some kind of construction so the tables and chairs inside are the temporary ones . Many large wooden tables and chairs are places outside next to the corridors between the buildings . The menu looks great . They have breakfast sandwiches, a new item called Hawaiin Loco Moco with rice and over easy egg and gravy for 8.25 .There are ready to go sandwiches, wraps , salads , etc in the frig . Bakery items and different types of Starbucks coffees . Most of them are self . A important place to be for hospital staffs and visitors .

Natasha was my doctor, and her treatment relieved my pain within hours. She was also great about prescribing some effective medicine to help with pain and muscle tension. I have gone to this clinic multiple times since, and always leave feeling like my issues were adequately addressed with professionalism and care. I first went to the San Ramon office, but was told that the Dublin location is one of the locations that accept urgent care/walk-ins. It was a little tough getting my temporary medical number for the northern region, but I would say that's the only hard part of my entire process. When I came to this location, I was able to make an appointment and come back at the specified time. Without going into too much detail, I seriously was in and out 20 minutes total and I got patched up and some meds. I thought the care was great and it was such an easy and quick experience. Maybe because it was a new location, but the place didn't seem super crazy busy at all. One of the easiest healthcare related experiences I've had ever.
