You can also call, and they enter it for you right away. The maintenance crew usually very prompt. For almost all my maintenance requests, the turn around was with 48 hours. 4.There is a nice swimming pool that's open in summer. Cons: 1. Severe roach and mice problem. Roaches are there all the time, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. On top of roaches, in winter you have mice coming in thru heating ducts and holes in the wall behind the stove in the kitchen. I have had mice problems in both this winter and last winter. If you call maintenance about mice, they seem to get a little hostile over the phone. Last time when I complained about mice, they told me that their pest control guy comes only once a week and I have to wait for him. He came once, didn't find anything and he left without doing anything. Again while cooking, I see a little mouse that comes out from behind the control panel of the oven and then run back in. I call back again and they tell me to wait for another one more week before he comes again. And they also told me that all he can do is set traps. If he doesn't catch it, there is nothing they can do. Long story short: Be prepared to share your apartment with mice and roaches. 2. When I moved in my rent was around $950/month. In 2 years they raised it to about $1250/month. I was signing leases shorter than a year and they increase rent with every lease. So right now I am paying about $1250 for a one bedroom mice/roach infested apartment in Lowell! 3. Its happened at least 2 times (probably more) in my last 2 years of stay where they suddenly switched off hot water in the morning. When I call them they tell me that the guys who fix hot water come without notice and there is nothing they can do. Also one time they shut water off altogether (again in winter). I had to get out for work, so I go to local CVS and get a few gallons of water so that I could take a quick shower before leaving for work.

Since I called the state and mill & 3 failed they have harassed me however they can. They diverted my mail. They have stolen packages directed to me. Also I reported a woman who had been harassing me on the complex. They told me they can't get involved in resident disputes. All four of my brand new tires and my car was keyed by this woman and her adult daughter. Princeton is not doing anything about it. Don't come here please. Pictures say everything about what's going on in Princeton communities. If you're quiet and don't mind dying to mold you'll be fine. If you're ok with other residents harassing you and damaging your property and you don't complain you'll be fine. Complain and Princeton will TRY TO come for you. Be smart they are ignorant and the staff are stupid. I was in the hospital admitted for a seizure and Princeton sent a noise complaint to my apartment and nobody was there. Smh do not live in this property. Princeton has many properties in Ma, Maine, NH and I believe possibly Connecticut. Do not rent from them unless you want your rights as a human being to be violated. We knew little about the Lowell area and could have easily bought in an unsafe area or overpaid if it wasn't for her honest and sound advice. She has decades of experience in the area and has won awards and we can see why! When we started looking there were not many loft condos on the market in downtown Lowell. But whenever a new property came on the market she made herself available to show it right away. Christine helped us find a great property which met all of our requirements and addressed our safety concerns. She had the knowledge and experience to handle all aspects of the negotiation. She was always accessible and kept us updated on what was happening. She spent a great deal of time helping us find the right condo for our needs and then facilitated the deal. She even found us a great month to month apartment rental to bridge the gap while waiting for the closing. The property was perfect for our needs but was a short sale and it turned out to be an especially difficult one. It was only because of Christine's expertise and perseverance that the deal finally went through. The sellers realtor was pretty clueless about how to do a short sale but Christine is truly an expert at this and continually followed through with the banks until they finally gave the approval. Christine knew how perfect this condo was for our situation and I believe that she genuinely cared that we got it; she didn't give up on the deal even though the short sale approval took months longer than expected and continued to take up her time on an almost daily basis, as she handled all the negotiations herself. I feel strongly that this difficult short sale would not have been successful if a less experienced, less tenacious realtor was handling it. In the past few months, I think they all left, which I don't blame them. Steven was so nice as well as a few others (don't remember their names). I walked in on a Saturday, and had a question about my account. I spoke to several employees about my potentially negative situation, and none of them seemed to have any sort of empathy or compassion. I have been working in customer service for years, and this is NOT how you treat people. Especially working at a bank, you need people who are personable and understanding, as there are many members with different issues they need help with. Also, the 1-800 phone customer service is awful. I wish it was easier to get through to someone without having to press a million buttons. Sadly, I will be switching credit unions. It's too bad cause the only positive is their interest rates are pretty good.
