If you're buying, here's what to expect: - Lisa will sit down with you and conduct a friendly interview on what you want to buy. - Lisa will recommend fantastic experts as part of your buying team: home insurance, lawyers, and mortgage lenders. The only recommendation we did not use was the home inspector due to scheduling and our own prior use. EVERY recommendation Lisa gives is a "tried and true" team member. They are all excellent. We used Jeff Nelson from Bank of America, Jeff Shargel's law office, and Matt Davison for the homeowner's insurance. All were excellent. - Lisa will email you listings of what you want, schedule showings, and give you open house notifications too. We saw a ton of properties in many towns -- Lisa does a lot of legwork. She even picked us up at the train station once when our car broke down. She goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! - Lisa is organized, fights for you, and is always your advocate. She asks questions you didn't even think of asking. - Lisa is super friendly, confident, smart, and a FANTASTIC negotiator. Even at our final home walkthrough, she found a minor item needing repair, got us monetary protection in the 11th hour (at closing!), and worked with the lawyers. She does this all with panache and friendliness. - Lisa is honest and tells you what you need to hear. She delivers bad news with such friendly skill and diplomacy, that you can't help but move forward with a better feeling instead of a negative one. She is such an excellent advocate. I highly, highly recommend her. She has a great communication style. Go to Lisa! We were in such good hands with many life changes happening all at once -- Lisa was there every step of the way. Happy house hunting! :)

We tried it on our own for a while…read moreand realized it was a pretty complicated thing to take on, so we took our chances with the small independent real estate office down my street and I asked for Lisa based on her glowing reviews. Long story short: she was everything and more! She took us all over the city and surrounding towns to search for the perfect home. Every weekend she updated us with open houses, checked in with us often and when we did attend showings together, she knew just what to ask the seller's agent. She remembered what we both specifically looked for in a home and went out of her way to find that. She was always available and responsive to calls or emails. Lisa is not only a wonderful person, full of energy and so friendly, she is extremely adept at negotiating with sellers agents and hooking us up to excellent lenders and attorney. We felt she was really looking out for us every step of the way, and count her as a friend! It was a memorable and positive experience buying our first home at Griffin, and we have been telling all friends and family about our experience, and hope this entry will help you feel confident about working with them too! We are also planning on coming back to Lisa when we eventually sell and buy our next home. 5 stars all the way!

From the very beginning, Eddie brought exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and organization to the entire process. He carefully guided me in preparing and listing my home, positioning it in the market in a way that attracted strong interest even during the slower winter season. At the same time, he worked tirelessly to help me find the right new home and navigate the complexities of making an offer, negotiating, inspections, and financing. Managing both a sale and a purchase simultaneously requires incredible coordination, timing, and attention to detail. Eddie handled every aspect seamlessly. He kept the process moving forward, communicated clearly at every step, and made sure that both transactions aligned so that everything came together smoothly. His ability to balance the sale of my home while helping me secure my new one made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable and well supported. Dick is super professional, never intimidating and he's so friendly that you just want to buy what he's selling (no strong arming needed)! Dick always responds to email and phone calls promptly which is so important in real estate. He took the time needed to show us the property and never made us feel rushed the way some other local realtors had done. Again, if you're looking for a realtor or property, check out Harborside Realty and Dick McKinley!

Thank You Matt, Dick and Mike for taking the stress out of what is often a stressful transaction.

Impossible you say?! Well to that, I assure you that you have not yet met Chrissy. Not only was she very easy to speak to over the phone, but she was empathetic and accommodating with regards my constraints (I emphasize this as it was a holiday). I have a habit of moving at a fast pace, which was pushed into overdrive considering flight-determined deadline. While this can, from time to time, throw most people off or be a little overwhelming, she managed to get everything done with the highest level of professionalism and in record time.
