The property manager for one. This is the property up in New Hampshire Boulder Park. They take your money before you get a chance to see your apartment. They'll show you an apartment, but trust me it's not the one you're going to get. The one you're going to get is basically pretty shabby looking. If you want one that's been refurbished you're going to be paying probably about 200 bucks more a month. This frequent breakdowns. They're very slow in fixing them until you threaten to call the city and have them come out then they fix them. The other thing they do is that there's a condominium complex above them. They encourage the apartment residents to walk up into the condo association with their dogs. They don't clean up after their dogs and it's disgusting. And the simple thing they could do is they've not done is they could put a notice on all of the buildings they have that's saying do not go up into the condominiums that's private property. They don't do that. They actually subtly encourage you to go up there which is just ridiculous. And the fact is there's an awful lot of section 8 housing in there so you can imagine the type of quality people that are walking up into the condos. read more

I've lived here five years. I told maintenance about mold over a year ago. I had to report it to the state. Mill & 3 is not safe for families with young children. It's not safe for anyone. Since I called the state and mill & 3 failed they have harassed me however they can. They diverted my mail. They have stolen packages directed to me. Also I reported a woman who had been harassing me on the complex. They told me they can't get involved in resident disputes. All four of my brand new tires and my car was keyed by this woman and her adult daughter. Princeton is not doing anything about it. Don't come here please. Pictures say everything about what's going on in Princeton communities. If you're quiet and don't mind dying to mold you'll be fine. If you're ok with other residents harassing you and damaging your property and you don't complain you'll be fine. Complain and Princeton will TRY TO come for you. Be smart they are ignorant and the staff are stupid. I was in the hospital admitted for a seizure and Princeton sent a noise complaint to my apartment and nobody was there. Smh do not live in this property. Princeton has many properties in Ma, Maine, NH and I believe possibly Connecticut. Do not rent from them unless you want your rights as a human being to be violated. I am writing this review as a long-term tenant of Princeton Properties. I apologize for the length of this review but want to warn future tenants of the unacceptable and unethical business practices of this property management company. This property management company will lock you and get every cent they can out of you. They intentionally word their documentation so that when tenants have issues or need to move out, it gives them all the power and will only financially benefit them. Reading through the lease, 60 days written notice of vacating your apartment is needed to be given if you plan to move out. This is mentioned several times. After contacting them and giving them well over the 60-day notification, I was told that since we are breaking our lease we would owe them over 2 months rent in order to get out of our lease. No where in any of the documentation are penalties written or any clear indication given of what those penalties would entrail. We responded to their early termination agreement in writing stating the following reasons: 1-In our three years living here, we have seen apartments be turned over to new tenants in less than 2 weeks time after someone moves out. We couldn't even see the apartment before moving in because tenants were living in it. One of the reasons they are requesting fees is because the apartment won't be rented for a period of time-this is untrue and just a ploy for them to receive more hard-earned money from us. 2- We have kept the apartment in immaculate condition and have allowed numerous 'inspections' to occur of our home. We have spoken to other tenants, and they don't get 'inspections' as often as we do. But we agreed to this because we understood it to be required. We have been told after every inspection how much they appreciate how we care for the apartment and the condition we have kept it in. Another reason for their request to due to damages or repairs needed for the apartment-by their own admission our apartment is immaculate. 3-We also stated that rent has been increased every year since we have lived in the apartment and now is up to over $300 more per month than our original lease. When making this point, I was told that they aren't required by law to state rent with increase with market rates. Given the housing crisis currently in Massachusetts, this is a VERY unethical practice. We have had multiple issues while living here as well-from broken AC units in the middle of August (which took a full month to repair), to an ant infestation, and mice. Also, the bedroom windows in our apartment leak drastically when it rains. We gave up on notifying the property management of this issue after doing so several times. We have to ensure that nothing is within the leaking areas of the window when it does rain. I luckily saved my computer and furniture, but was unable to save curtain's. I highly discourage living in any one of the properties managed by Princeton because they will essentially look to gain financially from you in any way possible. They repeatedly told me they aren't required by law to put things into their leases and also not required to give people options to break their lease-which is unethical and just unacceptable business practice. If you value your money, don't live here First things first, if you wish to live in a broken down 50's style home, where the storage is slim and doesn't make sense, by all means have at it If you want visitors, they can only stay for up to 2 days otherwise don't bother -via their contract. Also it's great and all that the snow plowers come quickly however if you go on vacation during the snowy months and your car is still there, you are S.O.L. they will tow it and they don't care even if it is a government vehicle. ( a lot of apartment complex's workout deals with towing companies for extra money, and this complex is definitely one of them). The rent they ask for a 1 bedroom, is about 550 sqft, what you're basically paying for is a very expensive studio, it does not include utilities or internet and water and sewage is also an extra fee, so that $1,600 just jumped to $2,500.00. Also the walls are very thin...so do what you want with that information. Their amenities are laughable, the pool they have is the size of a nice pond and their gym, you have to make a reservation to use it, but given it's small size I think it would be better if they turned it into a kids playroom. If you have a job that makes you relocate, don't rent here. Whatever months you have left, they will ask you to pay for all of them, even if you are not living there and they will not lower the price or make it easy for you. Also if you are out of your mind and still willing to sign their contract, please read through it carefully as they have hidden absurdities within their contract. And if there is an emergency that requires you to move, they do not care. My husband who rented from them, had to leave for an emergency, I, his wife had to have an emergency C section, I was close to death and almost died, only to find out when I awoke, that my child had no cognitive brain function and then perished within my husband's arms. My husband explains to Boulder parks that he can no longer stay in Nashua, NH due to the emergency situation. This complex and its people do not care about a life change emergency, they only care about scamming you and taking your money. My husband had 4 months till the lease was up in June. The complex told him that they would help lower the cost due to our situation only to bill my husband later the exact amount it would cost if he continued to pay the rent till the lease ends. Save yourself money and peace of mind and do not rent here, the people who work there are twisted and toxic. There isn't a whole lot Nashua has to offer to begin with, they have trails and a ton of pubs and that's about it. read more

They don't bother about residents. They don't have a mechanism to normalize rent. There are residents who pay $2000 and there are others who pay $3250 for the same apartment. Some get free stay benefits and others don't get. They keep on increasing rent without adding any new facilities. Yet they say they are serving society. No security cameras or security guards. I would rate them far less than zero (0) if I could. They like to bully tenants into shoddy repairs with supplies and processes that are not approved by vendors. I would RUN from this place. They are the sleaziest management company I have ever dealt with. They like to gaslight tenants when they disagree with their methods and blame the tenant for damages. From the beginning, I was super excited to come to lowell, I who have always lived in greater Boston, it would be a nice change. One year in, I wish I never renewed my lease!! Reasons: - This company will find absolutely ANY way to get your money in the most absurd and I would even say suspicious ways. Ex: because one missing signature in document I wasn't aware (since they rushed me to sign a document online which turned into me under looking a page), they charged us 500 DOLLARS. For ONE SIGNATURE. Now, did they give any headsup? No. But are veryyyy quick to take the money and will harass you to the end. - They ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE OF DISABILITIES. I had loss and triggered emotional issues, and was recc. An emotional animal for support. They have ever since absolutely HARASSED ME every single week regarding my dog. - They will not take problems and matter to hand. I have had a family of 5 living above me (Which hilariously they weren't aware) waking me up 7 days a week with kids playing from 10 pm to 5 am (yes that is crazy) for 13 months. Called me crazy when I complained and said I was lying, until I confronted the neighbors. Said they werent aware of the kids, but yet never apologized for not taking my word as true. The issue still continues - Towed several cars (they run a gimmicky with a towing company), and gave again no previous notice. Princeton Park Apartments (Lowell,MA) used to be a nice place to live. However, in the past year, things have gone downhill. I am happy I am able to post pictures in the review as I think they speak louder than words. The washers and dryers are often broken, smokers are allowed to chain smoke indoors all day which has caused several residents with babies and toddlers to move out. The grounds are not cleaned and it is challenging to walk our puppy without stepping in poop. The front door is often broken or left open causing security concerns. The building manager does not enforce policies and simply mass emails the residents half-heartedly every few weeks. There is graffiti carved into door frames and mold on serval doorknobs and on the washing machines. The hallway carpet gets vacuumed maybe twice a year. Most alarmingly there was a homeless man living in the broken empty elevator shaft noticed for months. I used to really like it here but I would no longer recommend this place to anyone. read more

Short and simple They have mice, ALOT OF MICE AND ROACHES. They refuse to exterminate them effectively (especially the mice) and this place is fully infested and has been for the last 2yrs I have been here. There is a $250 charge or face eviction if you don't prep your house before pest control shows up. And don't expect an early notice..they will send it the day before and demand you pay the charge. Straight up ripping tenants off. most tenants have resulted to paying for extermination costs out pocket because these are just not livable conditions especially with children. Management will enter your apartment unannounced. Not politely knocking either. They basically break through your front door. I have personally had them come right into my bed room as I was trying to get dressed and couldn't make it out in time. UNPROFESSIONAL! Rent will go up every lease renewal. Minimum $50. They don't fix anything. mailbox was broken for almost a year,toilet, fridge. Name it. Reported but not fixed. A neighbor lived with fecal matter leaking into their apartment for a year and ended up getting evicted. This place is truly a scam. Don't let the leasing office fool you. That's about the only place that looks good/ is maintained. Management is rude and does not care about their tenants it's all about money. Would you pay $1700 a month for this crap? This company has no care for its tenants, will not work with you even when they are the ones who screwed up. Their are holes in my window seals they havent fixed after a year. My ceiling fan is busted and my kitchen sink leaks. The apartment has a mold problem as well which they have put off addressing for months. All of these problems I had a move in and they still haven't fixed the issues. They charged me a fee and refused to remove the charge despite the original fee coming from them delaying turning my check in when I gave them the money. They offer an affidavit saying that there are "no known" infestations but all they really do is say "Oops we didnt know" and get away with this. Very cold And poor management. When you try to contact them for help, they will not say anything useful. All you get from them are angry letters, that threaten to evict, sue, take you to court. So I needed a new place ASAP, looked into this place because a friend said oh this looks nice and they had multiple listings available. I did call in asking about certain options, all that they said they could provide with me. Over the phone. In person, completely different story. I needed a 6 month rental, they yes'ed me over the phone. In person told me no because it falls in a period of time where they dont allow people to move out.... Seriously... So my 6 month lease turned into a 9 month lease with someone higher above the food chain telling me "I'll do this but I am going to get in trouble" I don't really care, sorry to say, but also don't let people give out information and yes someone to death when that option isn't even up for suggestion.... So the apartment is very overpriced. Considering its Lowell which is kind of a dingy town in of itself. The apartment really couldve used new carpeting, since its pretty dingy itself, and has paint marks where the painters spilled, oh and an iron imprint that I came across. Reallll nice. So when showing me the place the woman was nice, said it was pretty quiet here. My first night there, there was a party in the building behind mine, where the people proceeded to shout until 2am on a weeknight..... Also the walls are paper thin and I also got to hear my next door neighbor and a very drunken friend of his fight in the hallway for a good hour and talking about crack.... AWESOME! Yeah, real quiet... real safe....and you can tell from the raggedy carpets, the trash and broken glass in the parking lots that they really care how well they are maintained. Speaking of which, I also have mice.... on the third floor...... I did stop calling in issues after my first two weeks being there debacle. Pretty awesome that I moved into an apartment on what had to be the hottest month and my AC unit wasnt working. Also that between asthma and allergies, it gets pretty hard for me to breath. So I couldn't even stay/sleep in an apartment that I pay rent for. I had called in 3 times about this. And no one did a damn thing or even called me back. Friggin useless. Also... don't even give me the you get what you pay for, because my rent is NOT cheap! So what do they spend their money and application fees on? They try to make you pay to replace the entire rug for 1 spot, they lie, I had to file a complaint with management because they refused to offer me a parking spot because I was 'single', they removed all tenants who had been there over a year, they raise the rent by a huge amount every year, people are loud, there are never tow drivers to tow the non-permit cars, and I would NEVER recommend this place to anybody. First let me say, there are many good things about our apartment. It's clean, the location is excellent and the rates are competitive. However, I have lived here a little less than 4 weeks and already had to report so many things. It makes me feel awkward having constant maintenance requests. I am not the kind of person who enjoys finding fault with things. I HATE complaining and never want to be "that" tenant. But I find myself in that role and it makes me uncomfortable. At first just small cosmetic things, that we could go with out fixing. But I did document them because the realtor said to do so, to be sure you won't be charged when you leave. After 2 weeks we lost hotwater for a whole day...It happens. It's happened in other units we've lived in...not the end of the world. But when my husband called to report it, not one person called us back. Not even to say 'hey, thanks but we already know...' There are ants all over the apartment. No matter how much you disinfect your floors, you have lots of ants. After 3 weeks, I realized the temperamental water temps problem was not going away. It goes from normal to very VERY hot, to super cold in a matter of seconds. I sent an email to Lowell@princetonproperties.com Not one person called me or emailed me saying "we received your email....here is how we plan to fix this..." Someone did come by in a respectable amount of time, and left a card on the door. My husband and I were a bit surprized by the responce we received to remedy the problem. It just said to turn the water up on the hot side.....That was it..... Although I appreciate the worker looking into this for us, this trick simply does not work. It happens when ever someone else turns water on or off in their unit. No tricks on our end will work. The hot water goes from one extreme to another and it hurts!!! Literally!!! And it happens every single day. Every single shower... I honestly was expecting someone to call or email me to follow up. " We have sent maitenance to your unit. Are you still having this problem with your water? " Kind of thing. But no one did... Not one phone call. Not one email. Nothing.... How will they know if it has been fixed? How would they know if the tenant is still having a problem? Week 4, I have mold in our bathroom. Also totally normal... But no matter how much bleach I use, it gets worse, not better. We shower with the door open and the fan on, but nothing works. In our lease, it states clearly that mold must be reported. Which is a good thing I think. I guess my main complaint is lack of communication, zero follow up and feeling like a jerk for always having to ask for someone to come by... I do not work in realestate, but in my line of work we are required to follow up with anyone who is dissatisfied with our service, even when those complaints are bogus or irrelevant. On the positive side, the workers who come by are very nice and I can tell they want to be helpful. I would give that 5 stars because even though they can not solve every problem, they do try and show that they care. To me that counts for a lot. I would recomend this place to a friend for sure, but would also be inclined to let them know about the water problem, the ants and the mold and the lack of follow up. I think returning a call or email to someone is important because it shows that you care about that persons business and wellbeing. It also shows you are serious about solving problems. For this I would not give a star. I would also let that friend know that we have a nice well lit parking lot, clean grounds and a resident portal that I find helpful. I lived at a Princeton Properties apartment community when I was transitioning between a condo and my current home. I was there for about eighteen months and it was the best decision I ever made. From the moment I drove on to the immaculately-kept grounds, I had a great feeling about what was still to come. I was warmly greeted by a leasing consultant in the spacious clubhouse and after some quick conversation was shown to a few units that I had indicated would meet my needs. Each unit I saw was bright and very clean. The design of the units maximized space. It was an easy decision to move there. Once I was living at the property, the staff was as attentive as when I first arrived. They always ensured I had everything I needed and truly met all my needs. I was lucky enough to be present for a few resident appreciation events as well; I feel like Princeton Properties really values its residents. Throughout my time at Princeton, I never second-guessed my decision. I was sad to leave the staff where I lived; they'd become like family to me and I still check on them from time to time to see how they're all doing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Princeton Properties to anyone in the vicinity of one of their many locations and should the need arise for me, I wouldn't think twice about leasing another one of their great units. read more

First, the apartment at Hadley Park is overpriced considering it is in a dingy part of Lowell, but we needed a new place ASAP and there was not much to choose from at the time. The ladies in the leasing and management office had an attitude problem from the get go and after a year there it has turned into a nightmare for my fiance and I. There are a few friendly ladies perhaps in the office, but there are extremely mean-spirited women there as well. A few weeks after my partner moved in, his bike was stolen. It was locked to some railings outside the apartment window so he could keep an eye on it. He knew that it was possible that maintenance may have removed the bicycle, so he went in person to the leasing office to report the missing bike. They said they would look into it and get back to him. They never got back to him and never looked into it either. He went back to the office in person THREE more times and got the same thing! This was a year ago. 11 months later we got the matching bicycle identical to the one that was lost out of storage and locked it onto a tiny bicycle rack by the maintenance shed. A week after I put that bike there the other bike appeared and the two bikes were side by side. I happen to be near the maintenance shed when a maintenance guy was going in so I asked him about it. Indeed, they had removed the bike and stored it for almost an entire year. They had no knowledge that the owners of the bike were looking for it, because the management office had not told them anything! On that same day that I discovered this, our unit was being sprayed for cockroaches for the 2nd time. A woman had accompanied the exterminator this time, but she did not introduce herself to me. I hurried out of the apartment before the spraying began, but I quickly told the two people the incredible story about the bicycles. The next week the exterminator had come again and again he was accompanied by the same woman. I figured out that she probably was not with the exterminator company, so I asked her if she was from the management office. She said yes. I asked her if she heard my bicycle story, she said yes, but nothing else. I suggested that perhaps there should be some more communication with the tenants about the cockroach problem since they did not even tell me I should not have used store-bought Raid because it would make the cockroach traps ineffective. She was tight lipped, but told me she did not see my name on the lease and asked if I was living there. I said I was visiting and live in another state. The only thing further she wanted to communicate to me was that I should get my name on the lease so that I can communicate with the management office, otherwise I don't have rights and that they do criminal checks on everyone living there, so they would have to do one on me. I was so shocked that she did not even address the issue of the management office not telling us the bike was taken for an entire year! My visit was long, but it was under a month, so I didn't have to put my name on the lease, but she was very cold and not especially friendly. There were cockroaches in the apartment across from ours right after my fiancee moved in, but he did not see any for at least 9 months after he moved in. He reported cockroaches to the management office and then had to leave on a business trip for an entire month. The cockroach problem was pretty bad when he returned and the management office had not been in the apartment to spray at all while he was away. When he did report the cockroaches to the office they snapped at him and asked why he had not reported them earlier, he did! Now that same women has become absolutely vicious to my fiancee. He tried to get some broken blinds replaced and was met with complete rudeness. She was unprofessional and totally out of line when she stood in the kitchen and lectured him on wiping down the oven every day and never having dirty dishes in the sink. She had taken photographs of the apartment when we were not home that she showed him as evidence of the unkempt apartment. (the photo was of some lined up seltzer water cans to go out for recycling . .) It was an interrogation and she went on about how rude -I- was to her on our brief meeting! The last thing I want to say is that I give the maintenance team FIVE STARS, they are extremely friendly and timely about showing up to fix problems. I feel very sorry for the maintenance team for having to work with such people in the management office, they must make their life hell! The grounds are kept up nice and the neighbors are cool, but I would NEVER choose to live there with such vicious people in the management office! The upper manager of the problematic woman stood by what her employee did. No apology has been offered to my fiancee. I honestly would not even give it one star! Unfortunately, we were stuck in a year lease, otherwise we would have left the second month! We pay $1100 a month for a 2 bedroom with heat and hot water included. What we were not told was the ENTIRE building shares the hot water. So during "peak hours" (according to the leasing offce), we did not get hot water. So how come when I try to shower at 1am I still don't get hot water? That was the first issue. Second issue, the smells coming from the halls are atrocious! When people cook their foods, that is all you can smell. We had the unfortunate luck of living across from people who smoked "recreationally" and that was the smells we were trying to get out of our carpets everyday! So much for the status of "luxury apartments" they're trying to throw out to people. Third issue, the leasing office is very quick to cash our rent checks, but very slow to respond to any issues we ever had. The security doors were always broken, locking residents in (fire hazard!) but maintenance would take days to fix this issue. We had a squirrel in our apartment the first week and the leasing office took days to answer the issue. I had to call the pest control office myself! The issue list goes on and on! I have lived in one of their properties for more than two years and it has not been fun. There have been bed bugs twice, and although that's not their fault, they took forever to take action, allowing them to spread. My AC looked disgusting and I had to call them more than 4 times to get it replaced. In fact, that's the norm for most thigs. When there is any issues in the apartment, I have to call at least twice to get it fixed. The building it's not properly mantained. It looks dirty and at times smelly. Each building has a laundry service, however the machines are broken most of the time and the machines are not clean, so I stopped using them. The complex has a pool, however they close it very often sometimes for days. They once told me that some kids throw rocks at the pool. But instead of fixing what was broken, they closed it for like a week. I felt they wanted to punish us, when we are not the ones who threw the rocks. All in all, I am very dissapointed and I can't move at this moment. We lived in a Princeton Properties apartment and had major issues with mold as well as other problems. We ended up moving to a hotel because mold was every where. Including all over our children's things. We were told by corporate that they would call us after speaking to the mold inspector that we paid for. Corporate spoke to the mold inspector, but we still haven't spoken to anyone at corporate. Expenses keep adding up because of this experience. We have health issues that we didn't have prior to this. I found the Hadley apartments in a rush. I was misinformed about their other apartments' price, so I had to settle for these. It is in a crappy area, loud neighborhood, and very dirty. People like to drive obnoxiously loud cars, especially late at night. The car wash behind the apartments are always full of people playing really loud music, causing me to call the cops for a noise violation. One night I jumped out of bed after hearing gun shots. A month after moving into Hadley, our cat found and killed a mouse. Month after that I found multiple roaches and had to kill them myself. The worst part was the bed bugs. I don't know who brought bed bugs into the apartment, but the apartments have been infested since. I had to pretty much empty the apartment for the landlord to call exterminators, who sucked. After 3 infestations we had to lay down dust to prevent bugs. It has helped, but I will never recommend this apartment to anyone. Avoid living in Lowell as much as possible. read more

This is a review for the princeton property apartments in Lowell (imperial gardens) Pros: 1.Move in rent is low. 2.Heat, hot water and gas for cooking is included. 3.They have an online portal to request maintenance. You can also call, and they enter it for you right away. The maintenance crew usually very prompt. For almost all my maintenance requests, the turn around was with 48 hours. 4.There is a nice swimming pool that's open in summer. Cons: 1. Severe roach and mice problem. Roaches are there all the time, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. On top of roaches, in winter you have mice coming in thru heating ducts and holes in the wall behind the stove in the kitchen. I have had mice problems in both this winter and last winter. If you call maintenance about mice, they seem to get a little hostile over the phone. Last time when I complained about mice, they told me that their pest control guy comes only once a week and I have to wait for him. He came once, didn't find anything and he left without doing anything. Again while cooking, I see a little mouse that comes out from behind the control panel of the oven and then run back in. I call back again and they tell me to wait for another one more week before he comes again. And they also told me that all he can do is set traps. If he doesn't catch it, there is nothing they can do. Long story short: Be prepared to share your apartment with mice and roaches. 2. When I moved in my rent was around $950/month. In 2 years they raised it to about $1250/month. I was signing leases shorter than a year and they increase rent with every lease. So right now I am paying about $1250 for a one bedroom mice/roach infested apartment in Lowell! 3. Its happened at least 2 times (probably more) in my last 2 years of stay where they suddenly switched off hot water in the morning. When I call them they tell me that the guys who fix hot water come without notice and there is nothing they can do. Also one time they shut water off altogether (again in winter). I had to get out for work, so I go to local CVS and get a few gallons of water so that I could take a quick shower before leaving for work. read more

I moved into Princeton at Mount Vernon a few months ago and I couldn't be happier. For the price, the apartment was in great condition and everything works as expected. The management staff was very friendly and made the often annoying process of moving as painless as possible. Management was very unprofessional, I was sent a renew lease form with raised rent after one year, had one whole month to renew and because I did not send it in quick enough for the management (still had two weeks to determine what I wanted to do) I got a Not Renewing your Lease Legal document stuck in my door, giving me two months to leave. I told them I still had two weeks to determine if I wanted to stay there, but they proceeded to tell me that they were not going to renew my lease, I asked why and the said they had complaints. I then asked why didn't you contact me over the phone or in writing to let me know. The lady said she just wasn't going to renew. They are slow with fixing problems within the apartment, they just put a band aid on it, but I don't complain too much. Could not believe they did this to me. I was always on time with my rent, late only once which was this last month when I got the notice. Parking is bad, some residents make their own parking spots. When I got this notice that I had to move is was while we were having the blizzard of 2013 and they waited till Monday and just started towing cars from the parking lots....Nice Huh? Well I know why everyone in the office drives Mercedes, BMW's and Lexus's, it's because they work on commission and can make you move out when they want to so they can make another commission to pay for their cars!!! The princeton properties apartment in lowell, ma on westford st. Are disgusting and would not suggest anyone to live there my fiancee and I moved in the complex about a year ago and within six months of residing in the apartment there was bed bugs. I have never experienced bed bugs before but its something noone should experience. I contact the apartment leasing agent several time about the bed bug situation and no exterminated has ever came to my apartment to get rid of the bed bugs. I do not recommend any one to live in these apartments there far from clean. I will be terminating my lease I can not have my children getting bit by bed bugs for over 6 months. This leasing office drives me nuts. I walked in today to pay my rent, and a sign on the door said 'visiting a property, be back shortly. Thank You for your patience!" After 45 minutes of patiently waiting in the 95 degree weather, I got in and a very rude woman told me to leave as the office was closed for auditing. I told her to change her sign since they obviously wouldn't 'be back shortly'. I'm now sitting in my sweltering, moist, unit that has AC but has windows that don't stay open. Go ahead - crank the AC, it'll still feel as wet as a swamp. Recently they fumigated for Roaches. The paint looks like melted wax. The leasing office has an attitude problem, except for one or two nice ladies . You can't get out of your lease after the first week, but you won't see a bug or feel the heat until after then. Property Management is horrible. The response time to have something fixed text not paying your rent. They were children run around the parking lot is this its a play area in management does nothing. There is a heavy flow of traffic in and out of these apartments. Parking spaces are extremely small. My car has been hit, scratched, and dinged up. Getting out of your car feels like you're getting out of a sardine can. As of recent property management is allowing a local tow company to tow cars that are not parked perfectly straight in the white lines. When asked about this I was told that they do not have any obligation to inform tenants. And that this is their property! Also dogs are allowed! But over the summer I was walking my dog when a man who introduced himself as being head of maintenance said to get my dog off the grass. Let me add that there are there are geese that come to this area yearly from Canada at least 20 to 30 of them every year and there is goose poop everywhere! The rent here is through the roof almost paying $1,300. The convenience of the market basket is really not a convenience. Reason being the market basket is small and doesn't have nearly as much as other market basket do it's over populated to the point where you can never food shop without being on top of someone else at any given time when you go into the woods street Market Basket. People here are not friendly property management is condescending and rude if you call them and ask to have something fixed or have a complaint the overall environment and energy is horrible. Do not be fooled by the 25 year old park in the dirty pond water. It might look like eye candy at first but take a second look. One of my biggest fears is the doors entering and leaving the apartment the front door with the mailboxes are is it extremely heavy door and when you open it you can't see what's on the other side I have hit people extremely hard by accident because of this. The back door to the apartment complex that I live in the lock looks like it's at least 15 years old and I can never open the door with the key that I pay $1,300 a month to rent this apartment for I can not get in the back door. Lighting in this area is horrible. People have been jumped robbed and they are people who hang out at the park late at night drinking and doing god knows what else.
