If you're an engineer type like me, he'll give you a spreadsheet market analysis, if you are are more mood and feel, he will speak to that. 5) Great negotiator 6) Super punctual and responsive, we pulled off a 30-day closing window which wouldn't have been possible w/o Rich's professionalism I could go on. So glad we found him.

He was very thorough when looking at houses with us and pointed out things to look out for that we would have otherwise missed. He worked diligently on our behalf from the time we hired him as our agent through closing. In that time we saw quite a few houses and made several offers, but not once did we ever feel pressured by Rich - he very much works for his clients and is not at all pushy, which we sincerely appreciated! I would recommend Rich to anyone looking to buy a home in Greater Boston!

She helped us find an amazing rental in Canton, and a couple years later our dream home in Sharon. Elizabeth listened to and understood our unique needs and preferences, sharing specific properties she thought we would like (and she was always right!). She was extremely patient and responsive as we took our time to find the right home for us, seeing so many places with us and never pushy or rushing us. She always acted in our best interest and is someone who not only knows the real value of a home, but can suss out the ins and outs of any property to an incredibly impressive level. She has incredible advice and also has amazing recommendations and connections to people who have made the whole home buying and moving process easier - from movers to contractors. Elizabeth made what can typically be an overwhelming and stressful process, very comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor who will be in your corner.

She made the home buying process smooth and took a lot of work and stress off our shoulders. She's great at negotiating, which is extremely helpful for first time buyers. She gives you helpful advice during the process and communicates well with the seller's agent or the town in order to answer any questions you may have. Not only do we own our first house, but we got our dream home. Even after closing, she is extremely helpful and a great resource. We couldn't be happier with our experience working with her.

How great is it when you not only like your real estate agent, but he is a true professional as well, always looking out for what was best for us. Mike helped us negotiate a great price for our new home in Los Angeles (seller's market) as well as making sure we got top dollar for the home we were selling. We chose Mike because he was brought in to take over a Redfin listing near us which hadn't sold after stalling for months. Mike sold it in a week. Once we saw how efficient and effective Mike is, we knew he was the agent for us. It's been a pleasure through and through, and since Mike and his wife had a baby during our listing, we feel like he's part of our family. If you are looking for a stellar realtor, look no further, Mike is your guy!

They'll show you an apartment, but trust me it's not the one you're going to get. The one you're going to get is basically pretty shabby looking. If you want one that's been refurbished you're going to be paying probably about 200 bucks more a month. This frequent breakdowns. They're very slow in fixing them until you threaten to call the city and have them come out then they fix them. The other thing they do is that there's a condominium complex above them. They encourage the apartment residents to walk up into the condo association with their dogs. They don't clean up after their dogs and it's disgusting. And the simple thing they could do is they've not done is they could put a notice on all of the buildings they have that's saying do not go up into the condominiums that's private property. They don't do that. They actually subtly encourage you to go up there which is just ridiculous. And the fact is there's an awful lot of section 8 housing in there so you can imagine the type of quality people that are walking up into the condos.

It's not safe for anyone. Since I called the state and mill & 3 failed they have harassed me however they can. They diverted my mail. They have stolen packages directed to me. Also I reported a woman who had been harassing me on the complex. They told me they can't get involved in resident disputes. All four of my brand new tires and my car was keyed by this woman and her adult daughter. Princeton is not doing anything about it. Don't come here please. Anyone that wants proof of what I'm saying please email Arieanna29@aim.com. Don't live here I have serious health complications due to mold. This is a bad bad company. Pictures say everything about what's going on in Princeton communities. If you're quiet and don't mind dying to mold you'll be fine. If you're ok with other residents harassing you and damaging your property and you don't complain you'll be fine. Complain and Princeton will TRY TO come for you. Be smart they are ignorant and the staff are stupid. I was in the hospital admitted for a seizure and Princeton sent a noise complaint to my apartment and nobody was there. Smh do not live in this property. Princeton has many properties in Ma, Maine, NH and I believe possibly Connecticut. Do not rent from them unless you want your rights as a human being to be violated. Pictures speak a thousand words. I gave it to you all in black and white.
