We knew little about the Lowell area and could have easily bought in an unsafe area or overpaid if it wasn't for her honest and sound advice. She has decades of experience in the area and has won awards and we can see why! When we started looking there were not many loft condos on the market in downtown Lowell. But whenever a new property came on the market she made herself available to show it right away. Christine helped us find a great property which met all of our requirements and addressed our safety concerns. She had the knowledge and experience to handle all aspects of the negotiation. She was always accessible and kept us updated on what was happening. She spent a great deal of time helping us find the right condo for our needs and then facilitated the deal. She even found us a great month to month apartment rental to bridge the gap while waiting for the closing. The property was perfect for our needs but was a short sale and it turned out to be an especially difficult one. It was only because of Christine's expertise and perseverance that the deal finally went through. The sellers realtor was pretty clueless about how to do a short sale but Christine is truly an expert at this and continually followed through with the banks until they finally gave the approval. Christine knew how perfect this condo was for our situation and I believe that she genuinely cared that we got it; she didn't give up on the deal even though the short sale approval took months longer than expected and continued to take up her time on an almost daily basis, as she handled all the negotiations herself. I feel strongly that this difficult short sale would not have been successful if a less experienced, less tenacious realtor was handling it.
