Fantastic experience Reasonably priced replacement key fob for my mustang Do not even consider dealer read more

Our front door lock had been hard to turn for awhile, and today my key actually broke and became stuck in the lock due to my clumsy attempt to force open the door. Thank goodness someone was home to let me in and I immediately consulted Yelp for a local locksmith. Call me old fashioned but I like to use a brick and mortar store when it comes to locks and security. (Had a bad experience in the city from a "mobile locksmith" years ago but that's a story for another day). I spoke to Jose at Merrick Master Locksmiths, we agreed on a price range and he was at my house in less than 30 minutes. Jose extracted the broken key and fixed the lock in about 10 minutes including a nice hit of WD-40 to lube it up, something I'll do in future periodically to keep things working well. Price was reasonable for a house call and he even threw in 2 free spare keys made at the store later that day. Lock is working perfectly now. Merrick Master Locksmiths offers a wide array of products/services ranging from simple key dupes to high tech keypad lock installation. Safe, prompt, reasonable, friendly service by a small local business. Yes I'll take it! read more

Very bad service. Overly charged. Prices for two doors went from $250 to $600. Very rude worker Earl Gerby and I felt robbed. The company claimed they did know the worker when I called. No one should ever trust the company. The website is www.merrickmasterlocksmith.com read more

I stopped in here to get some door locks made the same so I can use 1 key for everything. Bill understood, and within minutes, I had what I went in for. Coincediantly, about 2 weeks later, I needed something else done, and again it was done quick and painless. He is further than another locksmith that I can go to, but Bill came to my rescue, I'll patronize him for ever. Thanks Bill you're a great guy George read more

My Honda key, I had copied. They did a great job. However, they would have charged an extra 3% for using a credit card. So, I paid in cash.

Professional friendly service! We called for multiple lock changes at our house, they set up an appointment the next day. All the work was done quickly and we were consulted with any decisions. The price was as quoted. Thank you so much, we will certainly be returning if we ever need anything else! read more

I own an arcade style pinball machine that I keep in my basement. It's huge and heavy as one can imagine. Anyways every pinball machine has a front door that opens by lock and key. My lock was jammed and key wouldn't turn. Called these guys the so called master locksmiths and asked if they could help. The idiot answering phone asked if I could bring the pinball machine to him. I told him it was massive and weighed a ton. He asked me how did I get it into my house then. I told him his question and comment was the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard and thanked him for his time. He proceeded to scream FUCK YOU in the phone and hung up on me. A different locksmith came to my house and in literally 5 minutes the job was complete and I was happy. To the guy on the phone FUCK YOU and your bullshit business read more

They came to help me get in to my car on a Sunday! The guy was so nice and he spent time trying to unlock my Honda drivers door. When I realized that my keys were not inside he car I was so upset because I didn't know A) where my key to the car was and B). How was I getting to work!!! Well the guy said call me tomorrow and he would help me out!!! Super nice and willing to go the extra mile. Moral of this story is... Support your local businessmen because they show up and offer to go above and beyond! My keys were put in a drawer in my kitchen by my current husband who just thought that would be a good place to put them!!!! read more

What a great place for anything having to do with Locks!! Had to replace the tumbler in the ignition for my Jeep Wrangler. These guys were friendly, efficient, and professional. They did the job without any problem. Above and beyond service and I highly recommend them!! read more

Guy came out was friendly and knowledgeable. They did scratch the door knob but came out to fix it. I would recommend

Very efficient, quick service. They made me an extra auto key with ease. Won't hesitate to go back!

Recently lost my keys to my file cabinets and was unable to access very important documents. Spoke with the owner who sent over Jose. Jose worked quickly and efficiently, got the job done perfectly! Hopefully I won't lock myself out again, but if I did I would use them again. read more

Love these guys, very professional and fast. If you need a replacement car key, they have all the equipment to get it done right and saved me 40% over dealership. Btw, dealership wanted me to schedule an appointment and leave the car, when it only took 10 mins to cut and program my key. Thanks again read more

I highly recommend using this locksmith. Moved into a new home and we had a lot going on so the guy not only did a quick yet thorough job getting the locks done but went out of his way to run out, make copies for us and grab a battery too. I would use them again without hesitation. read more

Oscar was amazing! He was courteous and worked quickly! A real stand up guy. We will be using him going forward whenever needed!

Professional local business, I have used them multiple times and have always been very satisfied.

Very poor customer service. They changed my lock , it broke within 2 months. They would not stand by the warranty. They refused to come & even look at the lock unless I paid them money to come. read more

Seemed a little on the pricey side -- $160 to change the keys/locks for both my front and back door home entrances -- but I didn't do much research because they were local and could come the same day. I say seemed pricey because I did very little research ahead of time. They could very well be fair in terms of price. read more

I don't normally go out of my way to review businesses I've patronized, but the staff members here were very friendly and helpful to me, so I feel the place deserves my positive recognition. They fixed my car-door lock expertly and were very easy to deal with, which, for someone whose knowledge of locks and lock repair is virtually nonexistent, was appreciated. Plus, I believe they charged me a fair price for the work. Highly recommended. read more
