My hubby lost his balance, and after dramatically spinning around, he fell backward! He left a nice 12x12 butt print hole in our wall before he slid down to the floor. It was pretty hilarious - thank God he wasn't hurt-lol. But now we had to find a repairman-sic. Once again, Yelp came to the rescue! Merlins Drywall had great reviews AND Yelps backing. So happy that I reached out via Yelp and requested a quote. Daniel responded, and based on photos that I provided, he, in turn, provided me with a very reasonable quote! We set a date/time, and Daniel came as promised and went right to work! He explained everything he was doing to our wall, all of the various steps for a proper repair job. Very pleasant and efficient young man. You can not tell that anything ever happened to our wall! It looks flawless. In the blink of the eye, Daniel had cleaned up his work area and packed up his equipment. What I thought would be a stressful ordeal turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thanks Daniel! read more

We wanted to get rid of the textured walls in our home and Daniel and his crew did an amazing job flattening, finishing and painting the walls. From the offset, Daniel came to do a survey on the day we called and had a reasonable quote available within days. He kept us updated on the progress of the project and was always available to us. We found Daniel and his team to be transparent, professional, personable, reliable and very reasonable in their approach. We would definitely use them again for future projects. read more

Merlin Drywall just finished repairing all the cracks in our house and we couldn't be more pleased. The cracks were not just covered up but actually repaired and in many cases reinforced. We live in an area with expansive soil so there were many cracks to repair. They were here for 2 weeks and made the process as pain free as possible. Daniel was communicative throughout the entire process and coordinated with the painters who followed right behind as the drywall work was completed. The crew was punctual and professional and they cleaned up every evening. We highly recommend Daniel and his team! read more

Daniel and his team did not disappoint! They took extra care to make sure that the job was done right. They are some of the hardest workers, and I couldn't have asked for a more communicative contractor. We kept adding extra requests and he did not let us down. We will definitely be hiring his team for more jobs in the very near future. I am so glad we chose them to do part of this remodel. Amazing team, and money well spent!!! read more

I was looking for a company to restore the ceiling texture after removing the popcorn. I am very happy that I hired Daniel's company. Daniel and his team did an outstanding job. The 50 y/o house looks like new now. I especially want to thank Edgar for all his hard work on restoring the ceiling, putting on a new texture, and painting. He is a true master of his craft. Also, many thanks to Pablo for fixing drywalls and helping with installing the cabinet rails and doors back. Everyone on the team is super nice and friendly. Merlan Drywall - Drywall Installation & Repair Near Me

Daniel was brought in as a sub to our contractor to cover both drywall and paint. As you will see from my profile there are only a few companies and people that I would recommend, and Merlan Drywall and Daniel are amongst my short list. Daniel and his team take pride in their work and are extremely easy to work with. Being someone that is very particular about the work that is done on my home I am keeping his contact information handy for the next time that I need paint or drywall work done. I cannot give a stronger recommendation for Merlan Drywall! Great leadership and team! read more

Very professional and amazing work. Had my ceiling fixed right away. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs drywall work.

Daniel responded to my quote almost immediately and came by the same day. He was able to start work the NEXT day, and did an amazing job. I did the drywall myself, and as someone that knows absolutely nothing about dry wall, he had a lot of covering up to do with my amateur job, but he made it look like it was done professionally when he was done. He also patched up a couple spots throughout the house free of charge. I will be using him again when we take down a small separation wall by our dinning area. read more

The team did great completing the job in record time and no complaints about the quality or changes to the deal agreed too.

My husband and I are new homeowners and we put up drywall for the first time on our ceiling in our living room. And we had called over 10 different companies for quotes to finish the drywall ceiling for mud, tape and texture. Merlan company was quick to respond and asked for photos to give a more accurate quote. I sent them the photos of our drywall ceiling and they gave us a quote a few hours later. They also mentioned that we had done our drywall wrong, they were really supportive and coached us through the process to correct our mistake! Which was extremely helpful and comforting to get advice from a professional! Out of the 10 companies we called Merlan was the ONLY one to mention our mistake and gave us advice and tips! They were honest and very good, kind people. We really appreciated their help and their quote was the best price! In the end, they finished our ceiling AND helped texture some drywall repairs in other rooms! No extra charge! The final price was the same as the quote! No surprises! They got it all done in one day! We are EXTREMELY happy with the results and would HIGHLY recommend Merlan Drywall Company! read more
