Advanced Audiology administered the same tests that I have always received, nothing more. I elected to not purchase hearing aids from them because I was not comfortable that my needs were as important as their interest in selling me. Subsequently, They sent a bill to my insurance company for $305 with all of the coding for services which my insurance company paid their agreed amount and I was billed for $45, which I paid. I then contacted my insurance company and asked them to be aware of charges they were receiving from Advanced Audiology. I subsequently went to ENT Specialist where I was again tested, purchased hearing aids and am very satisfied. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS.

Dr. Gary Moore walked in with a student doctor, did not introduce him nor ask my daughter if it was ok he be there. Mind you, he has been my daughter's Ear doctor for many years now. He didn't shake her hand or give her a very warm welcome as he usually does. He looked in her ear and said no infection and that the prothesis he put in her ear had fallen apart and that she needs a hearing test/CT scan. My daughter explained how her health insurance doesn't start until January. I (her mother) was trying to understand why no payment plan is offered. Dr. Moore then said: I don't know any doctor that takes payment plans. I explained how our other caregiver offers payment plan and he said: Well then why don't you go there? He then proceeded to hurry out of the room (My daughter still in his chair in pain and feeling dizzy). I then asked him if he is in this line of work to help people or if he's in it for the money? Dr. Moore then put his finger toward my face as he's halfway out of the room and said: You! I'm done with you! Then he left. My autistic daughter who was with us is now having nightmares about doctors. Says she doesn't trust doctors now. Ended up taking my daughter in pain to Urgent Care the next morning where she was diagnosed with Chronic Sinusitis. Spending another 150 for that visit. So in total Dr. Gary Moore cost us 300 for an office visit to get her seen. Not to mention the 100 dollars in medication she desperately needed. In conclusion, I have tried to reach Dr. Gary Moore's manger at Central Plains and have received no call back. I feel Gary Moore needs to retire if this is the way he is going to treat a long time patient. There is a P.A. in that office named Taylor and she is great! I DO NOT recommend Gary Moore!
