I was referred by a friend who is in the same business as myself. My website was 7 years old and my competition was getting more and more competitive I knew I had do something. I spoke to 3 or 4 companies and the prices and explanation of what I needed were all over the map. I called MERG on this recommendation and spoke to Gary Monroe. He was friendly but definitely business minded. He asked what i needed and let me talk for 5 or 6 minutes and only asked a few additional questions.
When he finally spoke he said he was looking at my website and already viewed my biggest competition that I had mentioned. He shared his thoughts, this guy was smart and right on about my business. He said he would get back to me with a proposal within the next day or two and was that ok? I said yes and he said if I had any other questions to just call or email and he would get back to me. So far this was a lot less painless than the other companies I spoke to and Gary was on target with what i was thinking.
Bottom line he got back to me the very next day with a very comprehensive proposal that covered my website, social media, videos and more. He broke each piece down and shared how they would help the cost and what to expect from the service he was delivering. He was great, no hard sell no got to make a decision right now just showed me the holes in my current website and marketing plan I shared with him.
The priced he quoted was perfect as compared to the others. He was at the low end of the proposals and offered 1 1/2 times the services. My website was built 3 months ago, my business is up around 14%. They created video's and put them right on the first page of Google (he actually did that) set-up an email campaign and showed me how to do a blog and tie in my social media so everything was showing up on page one and two of Google.
All I can say is he did everything and a professional from the start to the end. His proposals almost always came in on budget or even a little less. He is still doing marketing for me today and I have to say he is as smart as they come when it comes to marketing and sales. If you need a new website or more important if you want your business to do better you should give Gary a call. He is did it and is still doing it for my company.
