Story: I saw their youtube videos of this guy Rahul and his partner Cody about building an AI Agency, in the description they added a link to join their "Get $hit Done" program, and you could have joined for $7 for the first week to try it out and if you don't like it they will offer a money back guarantee. I signed up and was upsold to $497 for a lifetime access, so I signed up for the lifetime access thinking, oh what the heck I will use the oportunity and If I don't like it I will get my money back. I signed up and when I got in there was a lot of material on there but all the material was about starting an SMMA agency and not the AI Agency that the videos and the link was pointing to. There was 2 "courses" that were going over how to set up the AI Agency with their Voice AI called "Thinkrr" so I thought, what the heck, if I can learn what I need to learn about the AI and it helps me make money I am fine with spending $500, mind you, I am not from the US and $500 is a whole month salary for me. I was going through the stuff and eventually signed up for their AI Agent "Thinkrr" when I signed up for "Thinkrr" which is $39 a month for get started, every single course about AI agent was on there for $39/month. So I basically wasted $497 for a course on how to build an AI Agency while all of the content that I paid $497 for was already in the "Thinkrr". I thought no big deal, I will just say for my money back and use the stuff that is on their Voice AI right? WRONG! I sent a message to Rahul on facebook messenger where we spoke once and he answered to ask for my money back to which he replied: "There is no money-back for LTD" which im guessing is Lifetime Discount. I sent him a message after that explaining the situation and the issue and how I was mislead into purchasing (at that time I thought it was unintentional) and I got no reply, I followed up with him for a couple of days but I got no reply back, today is the 4th or 5th day since I asked for my money back. Conclusion: These guys are scammers, they don't answer when you ask your money-back guarantee and they claim that there was no money back guarantee even though its clearly stated when signing up. They have failed miserably on their "guaranteed" promises to deliver new clients for my business, and have cheated me out of thousands of dollars. I hired them 4 months ago, with the guarantee promise of booking 30 calls in 30 days using their system! It's been over 4 months and I hardly have 20 bookings (with 50%+ no shows!) and their promise of 30 calls in 30 days a big fat advertising LIE! They keep asking me "... to be patient, and this takes time..." then why are they allowed to advertise these claims, set unrealistic expectations, and then after months walk away without any results or offer to refund the thousands in fees paid to them? I started working with them on an SEO project in 2012. I paid over $2000 upfront for a campaign that they promised would deliver the contracted SEO results. They had me purchase numerous web domains that they promised to fill with content. Out of the 9 domain names they had me purchase, they only put content on 3... the others were never developed. After close to year of them not delivering the promised results (they delivered results on Bing and Yahoo, but NOT on Google) Who cares about Bing and Yahoo? Google is the only search engine that matters, and this company could not produce the results they promised. After cancelling, they asked for more time and promised they could deliver results, I gave it to them... still no results. I cancelled again and they agreed to stop the program. I thought I was done with them.... Nope, next month they hit my credit card automatically. I called to complain, they said they would fix it, they never issued a credit. The next month I got hit again, same thing... they said they would fix it, and they didn't. I finally reported them to my credit card company as fraudulent charges. I should add that during the sales process they were SUPER responsive, but as soon as it was obvious that the program wasn'y working and I had flushed over $2K down the toilet, they took forever to respond to emails and ultimately when I wanted a response I had to call them.
