Unfortunately many who came to play like us just adjusted and played with the tennis nets on the courts. It would be nice if a portable pickleball net was kept here like other parks, but it seems priority is for tennis here (amounting to around 8 tennis courts total here). Needless to say, I like the maintenance at the park here. There were also gated courts for concrete soccer, which was interesting. Lots of gnats flying around the area, but could be due to local weather. The sun already set and it's dark but I still check out a short part of this trail and other people were on this trail as well, walking, jogging, biking, walking their dogs so it was dark but it was not scary! I got about 2 miles in and was satisfied with my walk before the event began. The trail was clean and I did not see any trash.

Watch for the ducks, geese, turtles and fish just be sure if you hang out with the birds you have shoes that wash off easily. Bunnies are often seen in the shrubs, darling and so fun to spot. They recently gutted this entire park so everything is new. Bring lunch and use one of the picnic tables or find a tree to sit under. This is a great park with a bathroom near the playground, swing in and check it out. The gorgeous flora alone is worth the visit.

I saw a playground, a pond, a bridge, several trees, and people enjoying themselves. There are areas where people can set up for activity and eating, at least one appeared to be reserved. This park is near the 5 and 605 freeways. It was not too crowded on the Sunday mornings that I visited earlier this year.

Came to check out the new dog park since they recently had their grand opening. I also decided to…read moregive it a try because our usual spot, Home Run Dog Park in Lakewood, is currently closed for maintenance. The dog park is located toward the corner end of the park near the end of the parking lot and is split into two sections, one for small dogs and one for larger dogs. There is not too much to boast about, but they do provide a water fountain for dogs and doggy bags for cleanup, which is nice. The area itself is fairly small, with only one bench and one tree that provides little to no shade. I do like that it has grass, but even though it is still a new dog park, there are already patches where the soil is showing through. Overall, it is a decent spot for a quick visit or short play session, but I personally would not choose it for a longer stay with my dog. We will definitely be returning to Home Run Dog Park once it reopens.

Grafitti in the back area, basketball courts have not rims, court has large cracks through the center, it's even missing a fence! It's embarrassing and shameful! Kids play area is ripped up and so dirty. It's hazardous. I walk my dogs there only cause it's close. Does anyone even work there!?

I was so mad cause there was no instruction on how to go by. I found out from my cousin that i had to go thru the City hall.
