I wouldn't ever want to take them to anyone else. The nurses here are amazing as well and always give the best experience. You can tell they love working with kids and last but definitely not least, the front desk staff. They are so nice and loving. They know my kids by name without even looking at their schedule. They're so friendly and work hard up there.

I was given advice and told to the CVS on Carnegie since they're open for 24 hours. But as soon as I got in my car, I couldn't find a CVS on Carnegie only a Walgreens so I called them to see if they had my medication on file. The medication was not sent to the CVS or the Walgreens on Carnegie but to my CVS on file that closes at 8pm. I called the Walgreens even though I swore he said CVS on Carnegie. The Walgreens saw the mishap they told me to call and get it changed because my insurance had already billed it through CVS. They also said that the CVS shows that they close at 9 PM. I know for a fact they never close at 9pm even though it was 8:15, I drove there anyways as I'm in desperate need of this medication. They were indeed closed, and I can't change the location for pick up as the medication shows pending. I realize now that I should've checked one more time with the front desk at Novant at Cotswold to make sure of the medication pickup. I will have to wait now. The mistake cannot be fixed. This is gonna be a long 24 hours. I should've just gone to the emergency room.

We were seen by Dr. Judy until she retired a few years ago. She was the best Dr. And always very compassionate. All the other doctors. We have seen since then have been fantastic also. Very polite, friendly, efficient, and sympathetic. Everyone here from the receptionists to nurses is very friendly and efficient. The space overall may seem small from the outside but very roomy inside. They have a fish tank and the kids all love it! They have a well-child waiting area and then another waiting area for the kids who are sick. They do have parking on site. It can get packed during peak hours. Overall this is such a great Dr.'s practice and I highly recommend it to anybody who asks. Love to see this practice still thriving even after all these years!

Really? She needed her vaccinations as well. After expletives from my daughter we took our records from these ass holes and called the health department. If you love your kids stay away from these type of doctors! When we arrive SANDRA was LEARNING how to use a computer program so how she is qualified to manage anything but her meds is beyond me. Due to the lack of knowledge, people skills and courtesy. Overall the doctor is okay, however The staff interrupts, condescends and threatens the customers As they see them. Worst front desk woman ever, she has shoulder length dark brown hair and she is awful zero people skills she was not wearing a name tag, ( professional office?, educated help?) she can not handle anything other than being lazy but and typing away, most likely on Facebook. Sad these are people in places where the doctors take an oath to help people. Stay away from this office and all of the small minded, self righteous, unprofessional and classless people it employes
