Dr. Justin and Dr. Kaitlyn really care about their patients. I feel confident saying that they are…read morethe best chiropractors I have ever worked with, so let me tell you why... When you are a 20-something with chronic back pain it is really hard to get anyone to take you seriously. I never felt that way with Dr. Kaitlyn - She acknowledged that I was truly in pain and wanted to help me. After years of dealing with my lower back pain I was finally able to get an MRI. My scans had come back but nobody from imaging or the referring doctor took the time to explain to me in depth the results or what the imagery was showing. Yet, as soon as I got a copy to Justin & Kaitlyn, they took more than enough time to pull my scans up and walked me through my injury and how to help it. Reason #1. Reason #2 - When I first started coming to West End Chiropractic they were fairly new. Due to my lower back injury, Kaitlyn thought I would benefit from a specific table they did not have at the time. Instead of not mentioning it or continuing to adjust me "trying" to help, they offered to refer me to another chiropractor with the correct table. I was so pleased with their honesty and openness to send me elsewhere for the benefit of the patient. That alone shows that they are patient first. Dr. Kaitlyn continues to oversee my chiropractic care and I see her often on an "as-needed" basis. She spends the time she needs with me and does a great adjustment everytime.

He focused on my specific needs and athletic history as a College student athlete(swimmer). He was then able to adjust his recommendations for the best possible outcome. During therapy I was introduced to the Protonics System. We used it to restore optimal alignment for improved muscular performance and decreased joint pain. We combined that with a small exercise routine for home. I felt the results were measureable and there was a positive difference over time. I'm back to running with less hip and lower back pain. Thank you Jon!

Though his business also houses a massage therapist (that I also recommend) and a personal trainer, he treats 1 patient at a time and uses a variety of tools and equipment to deliver high quality care. I find that he is also very responsive to scheduling requests and tries to be as accommodating as possible. I highly recommend seeking treatment at optimum performance for all types from youth athletes to injury or surgical recovery.

The moment I walked into EyeQ it felt warm and inviting. Dr. Eggers took me back to the exam room right away and got started. I explained my frustrations with my contacts and she gave me a thorough explanation of what adjustments would or wouldn't do to my vision. She took her time and not only gave me one pair of contacts to try, but three different kinds of contacts as they each did something a little different. I didn't feel like that was a burden to the office to allow me to take home and try three pairs, nor did I feel as if they were trying to push a certain brand. Dr. Eggers genuinely wants me to find the right pair for me and my needs. I also needed my glasses adjusted as the other office literally just handed them to me and asked if they fit ok. Dawn took great care of me, and adjusted my glasses so now I can actually see properly out of them. Dr. Eggers and Dawn treated me like family and were extremely kind. They were not pushy and worked with me and my insurance, and even gave me a goody bag on the way out. I just felt well taken care of. I'm glad I made the switch!
