I emailed, called (phone number on the website is disconnected), and texted. No response. I finally got an email from the Director of Patient Experience; no apology, no explanation. I took time off of work for this. If this is how the front office takes care of prospective patients, I can't trust I will be in good hands. V disappointing.

Since the Amazon take-over, many experienced providers have left for greener pastures and who remains or gets hired today if often full of good intentions but extremely green and under-qualified. The new AI implantation without follow through is insult to injury. Melodee ensured my medications and hydration were on schedule, day and night (I could never have managed this). She's a strong proponent of good nutrition as a contributor to healing and made sure I ate small amounts of soft, nutritious food. Although our time together was short, Melodee's extensive knowledge, high standards, and attention to detail were a significant contributor to my recovery.
