I couldn't even sleep because it was so itchy, painful, and stinging all over my face and neck. Got misdiagnosed by another dermatologist and I came for a second opinion. He checked my skin with a bright light and confirmed it was a bacterial infection. Seriously thought I wouldn't ever recover... Dr. Oliver is so patient and answered all my questions. He even told me to not worry about my skin. Just take the med/ointments as he said and relax, leave the worrying to him because that's what he does. Within 2 days of taking the oral med, my swelling was all gone. After 4 days of both oral and tropical med, the redness on my face was gone! Seeing a specialist always worries me because they can get very expensive but I am SO THANKFUL that I found Dr. Oliver. His pricing was very reasonable as I pay out of pocket and his office visit price covered the ointments/oral med he prescribed for me. Really appreciate that. I actually just visited Dr. Oliver for a follow up appointment today. Again, he was super patient and answered everything I asked!! Did not feel rushed at all. Was hoping he clears me from the prescribed meds but he suggests to continue for another week just to make sure everything is cleared completely. Still dealing with some lingering dryness and tightness. Hope that go away soon. Cassandra the receptionist was super sweet and helpful as well! They offer water or tea while you wait. If you are dealing with a skin issue, I highly recommend Dr. Oliver and his team.

I've had 2 sessions with Dr. Oliver so far and feel so much more confident. The spots are still there but not as dark and almost "black" as a few were. Staff is extremely kind and I have had absolutely no issues and my questions answered. Some adjustments usually have to be made here and there with the topical creams but that's with anything. If you're looking for a great dermatologist, please consider Dr. Oliver. He is personable, thorough and meticulous. He cares also about your comfort level during the procedure. Couldn't be happier.

Horrible phone policy and atrocious communication…read more After calling 4 times and leaving clear voice mails I realized that they must no longer answer the phone. Their voice mail tells you to text, which is really unprofessional and weird and which I hate, but I did text them. I typed out a clear and concise message about needing an appointment - a follow up to skin cancer removal no less! Yes, even knowing skin cancer was involved this dermatology office blew me off !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not only did I never get called back from voice mail but I never got a call back from that text which is what they seem to prefer! I waited a week and called again. There's an option for the office manager so I pushed that button and left her a detailed message that I am a patient and gave her my frustrating history with trying to get a call back. Well guess what? Miss Office Manager didn't bother to call me back either. Now that the medical assistant who I really liked is gone and they have shown me repeatedly that I'm not valued as a patient - buh bye! By the way, the doctor her self is one of those who is breezes in, and breezes out before you know it. 6 minutes the last time according to my iPhone stopwatch !

I have now ordered it a couple times, and it's never a fail. I can't wait to try some of their other products and services - and will definitely come back. Luckily their location was not terrible to find, as there was ample street parking. When I walked in, the warm and friendly receptionist greeted and made me feel right at home. Throughout my visit, Shannon shared me with her wealth of knowledge of the various AHAs as well as retinoid products. I love that we were able to geek out on which products to use to achieve brightening effects. She also made some recommendations based on my skin type such as mandelic acid instead of glycolic acid for gentle exfoliation. Without trying to oversell me her products, she suggested that I try over-the-counter Nizoral antifungal wash for possible white-heads that pop up occasionally as well as prescription tretinoin since I had a few hyperpigmented spots that I wanted to fade/brighten. Given it was my first time there, she did allow me to use my credit card to pay but informed me that she only accepted cash or checks to help keep operating costs down. Since my back issues were minor based on her assessment, I did not schedule a return visit. I so very much appreciate her sound and scientifically backed advice (I also follow various certified dermatologists on IG for general aging skin care maintenance); I definitely will be making a visit if future skin issues arrive!

Over time they've been quietly chipping away at the value, first lumping Swedish and deep tissue massages into the same price point, effectively raising prices for Swedish clients without adding anything new. Now they've cut massage times across the board while raising prices again. Going from 90 to 80 minutes might not sound like much but you really feel it on the table. 90 minutes was enough time for a thorough full-body massage and now it just feels rushed. And cutting the 60 minute massage down to 50 is almost pointless, that's barely enough time to get through the basics. If they had just raised prices a bit I could have lived with that, but cutting the actual time changes the experience in a way you can't make up for. It feels like the people making these decisions have lost sight of why customers actually come here. You're paying more for less, which feels like a disrespectful move toward customers who have been coming here consistently. The therapists are great, but these business decisions have me reconsidering whether I'll keep coming back

I spent 70 minutes in absolute bliss…read more I originally booked the Hydration Service for my scalp, but the technician started with a scalp analysis and recommended the oil control service instead (same price as what I booked), which ended up being the better choice. After the consultation, you move to the treatment beds where the real relaxation begins. For about 50 minutes they gently massage your scalp while applying different products. While the treatment works its magic, they also massage your neck and shoulders. It's incredibly calming. Next, you move to a chair for the blow dry, but they keep the relaxation going by offering a blanket and an eye cover. They also use red light therapy and other equipment on your scalp. At the end, they show you your scalp again so you can see the results of the treatment. I can honestly say it's one of the most relaxed I've ever felt. Definitely worth the price.

When I walked in, there were already 2 dudes there so I guess scalp rinses are for everyone. I've never had one before so this was new to me. First off, it's expensive so think of it more like a luxury. You're looking at $200+ for a 70 minute session including tip. They start off by examining your scalp with a high powered lens. The woman manager was funny because she couldn't upsell me in product because my scalp didn't have flakes so she said it was oily and that if I could go bald with oily hair. Say what?!? So no upsell for me LOL. My personal was Vicky and she was great. Great shoulder massage to start and then for the next hour it was washing hair with deep hair masks that smelled like eucalyptus and lavender. She gave me an eye mask that was heated and it felt like it was cooling my eyes so I asked her to switch it out for a cool eye mask which she did. So much better. Afterwards she dries my hair and another quick scalp and shoulder massage in the chair before she showed me my scalp under that microscope lens again. The funny part is my scalp looked exactly the same LOL. 4 stars for Vicky thought she worked hard, and it was one of the best shoulder massages I can recall.
