We thought he was just busy during our first visit (which took 2hrs 40mins to be seen). Other patients in the waiting room graciously told me that the Doctor is really slow with each patient and one must expect to wait a long time every visit. Some even told me it takes long just to pick up a prescription. We gave him a second try and our second visit was exactly the same experience as our first - about 2.5 hours long. Isn't this some kind of malpractice? Conclusion: we will not come back here nor can I recommend this doctor to anyone.

We were told we needed a referral from her Doctor in LA and any lab work that was done. This was done at least 2 times but multiple times calling the Dr office was told they did not receive the information needed to schedule my wife. The second to the last time I called they stated that the information was on his desk for review but again no call back The Doctor was in Los Banos on the 5th day trying to get a appointment so I hand delivered the lab results to the Los Banos office. The receptionist looked at the lab results and stated she needed to be seen right away and would fit her in if the lab results were sent to them by the testing agency to verify they were legitimate He called back a hour later only to say they were giving it to another Doctor and could not see us for 2 or 3 weeks My wife sickness was life threatening and they did not care one bit Right now we are back in LA getting the treatment she needed

I was not seen by the doctor himself, but the NP was truly wonderful. She introduced me to the doctor, and he seemed kind from our brief introduction. My only concern that I have is the level of professionalism with the front desk staff. They are all very young and it is great that they are getting started in healthcare right away. However, I am a nurse and one of the most important things taught to healthcare providers is maintaining patient confidentiality. Unfortunately, the front office staff provided incorrect contact information to someone I am assuming they are contracted with. This company then contacted me to discuss my health plan at my place of work. They never attempted to reach me with my personal contact information provided. This is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. I never consented to being contacted at work and it made me extremely uncomfortable. When I called to speak to a supervisor, I was told that there wasn't a supervisor in the office and that I would receive a call back. The following day I received a call from the front desk staff stating the doctor wanted to discuss this matter with me in person at his office. After informing the staff that I live an hour and a phone call is sufficient for me, the front desk staff just repeated that the doctor wants to see me in person. I do not feel that I should be responsible for a 3 hour round trip commute because they made a mistake. Overall, I feel that if a company makes a mistake, they should address that mistake with compassion and understanding. I may be very upset about this situation, but I am also a nurse, and I get that accidents happen. If this office apologized and made time to speak with me I would not have gone as far as writing a review, but instead they made this difficult. The staff there need to learn from this and ensure that they hold themselves to a higher standard of maintaining patient privacy.

Thy staff acts like they are gatekeepers to Heaven when every interaction I have had trying to reestablish care with their office to see Jill has been a decent into Hell! Jill has been my go to for years at the dermatologist and I love her to death and am sad that I won't be able to continue care with her, but I have excellent physicians at Stanford and will drive there and go to urgent care as needed locally before I deal with the ineptitude at this office again.
