Eli did a fantastic job, not only teaching me about the options I had but making me feel comfortable that the decision I made was entirely my own. Absolutely no high pressured sales or gimmicks, just straightforward pricing and honest information. *Chefs kiss!* Once I committed, WU literally sent me an email every single week keeping me posted about the status of my windows as they were manufactured. Even after the windows were made, I still received a weekly email until they were ready to schedule us. The installers, Lou, Jon, and Calvin, were nothing short of professional and kind people. Not only did they do a fantastic job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones, but they cleaned up absolutely every speck of dirt that accumulated from the install. My home was even cleaner than when they arrived!! I absolutely love my new windows and loved the entire process. I cannot recommend them enough!! 10 out of 10!

We will be using this company in a few weeks for our front door and sliding glass door! **Update to this last post** 8/21 we had our front door and sliding glass door replaced and the team that was sent out Calvin, Zack, Drew and Will also did a great job! Very professional and found some water damage to the floor near the old sliding door. They replaced the floor at no extra charge! love our new front door and sliding glass door! They had the lowest price of the companies we contacted. The company representative, Mitch, was super friendly and helpful on the phone when I was giving the initial information. He event sent diagrams so I could see the different options for the edgework. The process to figure out what we wanted was very simple. The only issue we had was the workmen being late for the appointments to measure the table (~1.5 hours late) and then to deliver the glass (~ 30 minutes late). That said, the glass is flawless and looks gorgeous on our table and buffet! (I wish I could post a picture) Additionally, we were told that it would take ~2 weeks for the glass to be cut and delivered after ordering. To our delight, we had our glass only a week after the measurements were taken. So, a whole week earlier than promised!

We have used Berry Hoffman of Hoffman Construction and his crew for several construction projects,…read morebig and small. We have always found Barry punctual, responsible, resourceful, and imaginative in finding solutions to problems in our older home. We needed a structural repair for a recurring crack in our ceiling that was due to a design defect dating from its original construction. Barry worked out a solution with our structural engineer and came up with a novel solution the engineer approved. Barry's crew worked over three days to rebuild the ceiling support in the narrow crawl space of our attic. They were always on time, polite, informative, and cleaned up promptly and thoroughly at the end of the day. We had a second HVAC issue which Barry dealt with the same creativity and responsibility. We have found his prices reasonable, especially considering the quality of their work. We heartily recommend Hoffman Construction for all your home repair issues.
