When I…read moreasked for a receipt to confirm that I had dropped off the package, I was told they do not provide receipts. I found this very concerning and unusual, as having proof of drop-off is important when shipping packages, especially valuable items. Refusing to provide any form of receipt leaves customers without documentation that their package was even handed over. I ultimately felt uncomfortable proceeding with the drop-off. I believe customers should be able to receive proof that their packages have been accepted. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to use this location again.

Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy

I wish she could be my teacher going forward! They had refreshments for us! How nice! The store and bathroom was clean! I didn't catch her name but, if it was just her teaching the class this place would have gotten 5 stars! But then there was Austin. This name I remember. You know being raised in the south you become fully aware of certain behaviors so I will paint the picture and you take from it what you will. I am the only "Afro American" male in there. Austin avoids me more than anyone else as much as possible. I notice it but I am there to learn not to be friends so being that the other associate is busy I go to Austin and I ask him could he help me with my screen b/c it's not focusing. As he is looking at his camera he says yeh it's your box on your screen and I said ok .. I don't know how to remove it .. he is still looking at his camera and proceeds to walk away and says just move it with your finger.. so I look at him and say I have never done this before can you show me? He still isn't looking at me and says nothing .. So I was hoping that he would come to me after he placed his camera down - just to check to see if I figured it out or anything of the like .. nope.
