Janis is the absolute best! This is the best Men's Wearhouse I've been to and highly recommend it!

Do not recommend. They must work on commission because if you are getting fitted for a tux to rent they act like you are bothering them and don't want to help you. They send you over to the side to wait and do not get in any kind of hurry. Took my grandson and they wouldn't measure him. Said had to wait until three weeks before wedding. Took him back and they measured him and said we were good to go. Asked if we needed to pay then and was told no that could pay when pick up. Get a call from groom today that grandson needs to be fitted. Called the store and they said the measurements did not save because no payment. They are the ones that said to just pay when we pick up. The people that work here do not care and are not professional. I recommend you go somewhere else if you are renting a tux. Look at the number of one star reviews they have. read more

We arrived for our appointment at 5pm that we scheduled with someone who works there in store the Sunday before and were turned away because they close early during prom season. The signs stated only the rental department closed at 5. How is it that we made an appointment in person one week earlier but "she didn't have that information available to her at the time?" If it is a regular occurrence that you close early during certain times of year, is that not scheduled more than 1 week in advance? read more

Absolute terrible customer service. The employees are extremely rude. Actually heard the employees mocking/joking about their customers that were waiting in their horrible "scan to check-in" system. We've been here multiple times and somehow, each time is worse. read more

They were very busy even for a weekday. Once I got my turn, I received expert help. She was able to size me up by eye accurately in one go.

This place should be shut down, the service here was not what I expected the experience would be for something so special. would not refer this place if you are looking for a joyfull atmosphere. this should be a special moment for you and your family. sadly this is what we have in macon. read more

These have been the rudest and least helpful people I've ever dealt with. Aside from one woman who helped us when we returned our wedding attire, the staff were extremely rude and condescending. We understand working with the public may be difficult but the two men we talked to about renting don't need to work with the public. When I called with questions or asked for help getting in to pick up the suits or ask if they could order earlier for my fiance to try on without having to call out of work, they were rude and patronizing on the phone. Even when we went for our initial consultation the man told us we had to make an appointment even though there wasn't a single customer in the store. Those men were lazy and disrespectful. I promise we will never tell anyone to use them and only give negative feedback when asked about our business with them. read more

God save the King! With the ball just a few days away, he was without his royal attire! In all seriousness, I had a mishap with the tux I actually owned and needed to rent one at the 11th (darn near 12th) hour. I reserved the tux at the Douglasville location for pickup at the Macon location because that is where my event was being held. I was very satisfied with how easily they were able to accommodate me, especially with it being prom season. I was also satisfied with the price as it wound up being less than I anticipated. My problem was with the product itself. When I picked up the tux I decided to do the smart thing and try it on before leaving the premises. I thank God that I did! Not because of the fit, but because of the state the jacket was in. I stepped into the dressing room, and as soon as I unzipped the garment bag I was blown away by how horribly wrinkled the jacket was. It looked like it had been sat on... by a Rhino... for about six hours. I poked my head out the dressing room door to show it to my wife: Me - "Look at this! Are they serious?!" My wife - "I know right? Wow, I can't believe they'd give it to you RIPPED like that!" Me - "Wait...ripped?!" (looks at jacket again) "I was so shocked by how WRINKLED it was I didn't even notice!" Yes, the chest pocket seam was completely coming apart. I went ahead and tried on the pants while my wife pointed out the jacket's condition to the store personnel. The pants fit fine, and the associate let me try the jacket on to make sure it fit before they commenced with pressing and repairs. We went to find some dinner in the shopping plaza while they worked on it. Thankfully the event wasn't until the next night and we weren't pressed for time with them having to do extra work on the tux. If we were, we'd have been screwed. When we returned it was better, but still not crisp and sharp the way a tuxedo should look. I steamed it some more back at our hotel, but it was obviously as good as it was going to get. At the event I was complimented on how I looked, but (and call me vain if you like) I was still a little self conscious the whole night because it looked like I was wearing a rental. It looks like this particular suit has been rented a few too many times and it is time to put it out to pasture. Going tux shopping this week! read more

All the staff are very friendly and helped me in a very timely manner. They were all wearing masks and dresses to the T. As a bigger person, they were able to find something in my size, however the selection was limited. Overall great experience and would recommend this place for anyone in need of dress clothes! read more

We visited 3117 River Crossing store in Macon, ga. We were walkins, and Sale associate David Bryant worked us in swiftly as he juggled in between customers. Only complaint is that Men's wear house is such a worldwide recommended men's store, that they extend their colors options on blazers & formal wear, due to we had to go else wear to accomondate groom Tuxedo Jacket. We were getting measured for a wedding, and David walked us thru patiently, answered all questions, and made sure we were happy with our rentals ! Knows his products ! My fiancé and I Made an appointment to come in and choose a suit for our wedding. Upon arrival the women helping seemed to be very knowledgeable but very soon realized that us having no future experience buying a suit/tux was a bit of a problem for her. She seemed to look at us sideways when we did not know the difference in a suit and tux and didn't know exactly what we wanted. She was very short with us and when I asked questions she seemed to have a tone to insinuate that we should already know that. When I told her I was feeling a bit stressed and loosing my vision for what I wanted she replied with "well are still going to get married right?" Totally inappropriate even if she was joking. Not happy with the service, she made me feel dumb so we left and got our suit elsewhere. I would like to add though that we came back a few months later to buy shoes for my fiancé and the staff working that night was extremely sweet and helpful even when they were super busy (our previous lady was not there that day) read more

I am so upset with a person who identified himself as the manager of store by the name of Allan McWilliams. I purchased a tuxedo rental from New York to have it picked up at this store #3117 everything was fine but the coat did not fit according and the tailor had just left so with that being said the associates told me to come in the following morning the tailor comes in at 11 o'clock I said ok no problem. I walk into the store around 2 o clock meet Allan McWilliams and tells him the reason for why I'm there to alter my coat he rudely said well the tailor isn't here there's nothing I can do for you even after I explained that my event would be the following day so I started weighing options out in my head while he was offering me a refund which I kindly declined and told him I might come back. After I told him that I might come back he ripped off the rental receipt that I had for my tux and said that he was going to put a note that if I did return the tuxedo I they would not issue me the refund when I didn't ask for one in the first place so I took my receipt back from him and said I'm leaving. Allan told me that I can not leave with the receipt and threaten to call the cops and I told him to go ahead while on the phone with the police Allan described me as Blackkkk not saying that I'm not a black man but he emphasized the fact that I was black with a Gucci belt. When the police finally came to the store he told the officer his story and the officer ask him what did he need the yellow receipt for he couldn't give a reasonable answer and I'm letting the officer know that I just wanted to alter my coat they said they can't do it so I just want to leave. Before I left I asked Allan in front of the office "am I allowed to look around for another coat for my tuxedo?" He replied "I would prefer that you not"...I took that into consideration and left The reason why I'm writing this is because this man Allan McWilliams did not provide me with no type of costumer service but not even trying to offer me any alternative for my tuxedo just saying "there's nothing he can do" even after I stressed the fact that my wedding event is tomorrow and wasted my time calling the police having me waiting for no reason over a receipt that I need for when it's time to return my rental. I ended up having to drive an 1hr and 30 mins to the next menswear house where they treated my every need. read more

Worse experience ever! Waited 2 hours after signing in to be seen to rent tuxes for my wedding. . Asked and discovered they'd gone right over us. After 3 hours, we were seen. Rushed through and talked down to the entire time. Took a month to finally come in. Had to have my fiance's son pick it up in Macon since we were already in Tennessee when it finally came. The next morning was the wedding. When I put it on, the pants were at least 4 sizes too big. Too late to make any changes, I attended my wedding looking like Charlie Chaplin with my pants hanging down over my shoes and holding them up with one hand while holding my wife's hand with the other. One of my groomsmen's jackets was left out and the other's was too small. All three of us were at the Macon store a month earlier to be fitted. Next time I need a suit, I'll go across the street to Jos A Bank. I was also promised a refund, which I never received. read more

While on vacation, and with no business attire, I received a call to fly out to the west coast for a job interview the next day. Driving to the Atlanta airport, I stopped in at the Men's Warehouse in Macon, Georgia and asked for their assistance. Kyle Almand, the store's assistant manager, took care of the rest. He directed me to the business suits and gave exceptional advice about the suit (Joseph Abboud), shoes, and tie/shirt combination. In and out of the store in under 3.0 hours with everything I needed to look the part at my interview. The Corporate VP even praised me on my appearance. Cloths don't make the man, but if I don't get the job, it won't be because I didn't look the part. Well done Men's Wearhouse, Mr. Kyle Almand, and your speeded expert tailor!
