Kathy took my call and was pleasant and professional. She conferred with a service technician and offered to send him out but the system came back on. At 7:30 am Monday service technician Ben showed up. In an hour he found the problem. Bad circuit breaker. Special order. He showed up two days later and installed the breaker and the system is up and perfect. Donna took my calls and was helpful and professional. Ben was courteous, expert and thorough. I can't recommend Lakebrink enough due to Donna, Kathy and Ben. Highly recommended. No affiliation with the company.

He came back early afternoon only to come in with a screwdriver and was with my inside unit for under two minutes. Came up and told me it was too dirty for him to do anything. I needed to call back and make an appointment for a later time to have it cleaned. Quoted me $500 to $600 because he needed to cut my coil out to clean it, not replace it, just to clean it. Then handed me a bill for $100. Didn't even try to pressurize the system. When I called to speak with someone higher up, Chris for a better explanation, he danced around it all. First told me the tech should have stayed to fix it, only to retract and say if it was only a couple of minutes of work, but 3 or 4 hours worth he couldn't stay. I'm paying for the service correct??? Now we are left with a 92 degree house with two kids and little to no explanation for the $100 2 minute service fee and then to be left in the heat. Shame on you B&S. You will never get my business again.

The prior company that installed a new system over 10 years ago in this 110 year old farm home did not even do half of what Level 9 did. We found out through Level 9 that the original coil inside the house was not replaced. It was rusty in areas, and that is why we were losing freon. The other company charged us for a new system and only gave us half of a new system. Outrageous. From now on, we will call Level 9 for our HVAC needs. We give Level 9 Heating and Cooling 10 stars for very impressive work!!! Thank you Level 9, Max, and Greg!!!

It's too complicated. You need a new system anyway- it's old" said I needed a complete replacement because they can't service my air conditioner anymore - wanted to sell me a $10k unit. Branden came over and did a long look at my unit and agreed that it was an electrical thing- apparently he WAS willing to figure out what was going wrong- got it going again and said when it stops working again to call him so he can figure out where the wiring needed replaced. Spent a long time at my house. Well, it went out a month later and he came over and did everything he could to figure out where the wiring problem was. Took a couple visits and lots of trial fixes. Said he could service my AC just fine in the future and fixed the issue- everything working again. He also has lots of options for when I do need to replace my older system- but it's not now. Very conscientious, very knowledgeable and very patient and tries very hard to fix the problem without taking shortcuts and not wanting to do the work cares more about the customer than making a big sale.

The following is a honest review of Aireserv Eureka a company that has stumbled in their service…read morenearly from the moment we bought an Amana HVAC unit from them in August of 2024. The original much more critical 1 star review is below and it is all still very true but they have as of mid August 2025 rectified some of their errors by honoring repairs and warranties that Amana refuses to honor. Does that completely erase all the errors that have been made along the road? Honestly no they do not, but I appreciate that they are currently doing their best to repair what was wrong. They very well might be a very good company but my wife and I's recent experience has been rocky at best. Update to a 3 -3.5 star rating. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL 1 STAR REVIEW. : Based off of positive reviews on Yelp and Google my wife and I chose to buy a new HVAC unit from Aireserv Eureka in August of 2024. In no less than 3 MONTHS our unit broke down, something was literally smoking, due to a failure to install the unit properly. Then in March of 2025 we discovered that they installed a unit that for natural gas, which we do not have, instead of propane WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SINCE THE PIPES ARE APPARENTLY VERY DIFFERENT. So yet another overhaul was made. Then in June of 2025 we started to notice the coldest we could get the house was 75 degrees. So we called for another checkup and they "supposedly" fixed it, saying it had been improperly calibrated during installation. But one month later, in July, our unit broke down AGAIN. This time completely, leaving our house in the 90s. Now as I right this in August of 2025 THE HOTTEST PART OF THE YEAR they have yet to fix my unit. Week after week, yes you have read that correctly, it has been weeks since we called them to fix our unit, we have had to call them over 20 times. So far we are at week 3 and moving soon to 4. Airserve Eureka's horrible service has so far consistented of misdiagnosis, instillation of wrong parts, incorrect calibration of the unit, and long waits (4+ days) while a part ships. They have given an excuse for everything, always blaming someone else (Amana). According to them, none of this is their fault. They are playing the victim of corporate manufacturing. But, why would you want to reach out to a company who has no control over the services they offer? We then said, since there are so many issues with my unit from the start and I am still under warranty, why don't they just install a new unit. So far they have refused to honor the warranty because Amana won't. I'm not writing this bad review out of spite but as a civic duty to report incompetence in what is falsely sold as good. I hope those of you reading this heed my warning about Airserve Eureka. They are just plain terrible. UPDATE: In mid late August 2025. Aireserv Eureka decided to ignore Amana's horrible lack of honoring our warranty and installed a new RUUD unit. Let's hope this goes better than this last year's trials. I'd definitely not recommend Amana for a future HVAC regardless of the positive reviews they have online. Eureka honestly doesn't deserve a stellar 5 star review but they have tried to do right currently so perhaps they again as mentioned above deserve more a 3-3.5 Star rating.
