JUST LOOK AT WHAT SHE DID. I wish I could rate this place a ZERO. The owner completely ruined my eyebrows. I have medium thick eyebrows that haven't been touched in 2 months on purpose! I wanted them to be shaped and cleaned. I was clear on how I wanted them, even showed her a picture of how I had them before. The owner even nodded to confirm. I've also gone to her before (the first time I came) and she was great. I was thrilled to come back... but then today happened and she gave me 90s eyebrows, very thin eyebrows! I been going here for about two years now and usually I go to the older lady with glasses and she does a great job every time I leave and my eyebrows are sisters not twins but sisters obviously. However I've given this other lady many chances and unfortunately the last chance made me not decide to not return anymore. She not only thinned my eyebrows out over and over after many attempts on growing them out to try and fix her errors but she's left my eyebrows higher then the other no shape and before my brows had a nice shape. Pham took care of my eyebrows. Walking into this place was great, she was very nice and made me feel welcome ! I felt as if we need each other and we had an understanding of what I wanted and she made sure to explain her work on my eyebrows and even suggested for me to let them grow a bit more to be able to obtain better results, since I had been to a different location and they had remove excessive amount of eyebrow hair, I was extremely satisfied and will continue to come to this location, see you in 2 weeks! Inconsistent staffing (not always the same person on the days you have come to know them to be there). Inconsistent threading (you need to check well before you leave to make sure they got all the hair, or that you were not cut, etc). Inconsistent hours (sometimes they close earlier than the hours posted). Also, they are overpriced for their quality of service. It just didn't make sense to keep paying $35 for such inconsistent service. You can go elsewhere and pay less than $30 including tip, and get much better quality threading, with a face massage! read more

I explained to Usha, (owner, elder woman with a lymph,) how I needed my eyebrows, yet she still decided to do them how she preferred. Her excuse was I had many bald spots. I just payed anyway and learned my lesson. Will not be coming back. Instead of offending me, and trying to make up for her mis-interpretations all she could of done was apologize. I love the beauty of henna tattoos and decided to get one today at Menifee Threading Studio! I come here all the time to get my eyebrows threaded as well, but I wanted to try this service out for the first time since they do such a great job on my brows I figured they would do a great job with henna, too. I was asked to look up a picture of a henna tattoo (I used Pinterest) to give the artist (Usha) an idea of what I was looking for in terms of the size of the tattoo/design. She takes inspiration from the image and free hands the design with her golden henna tube. We sat in the chairs in the waiting area as she held my hand while drawing and I kept my phone out so she could reference the inspiration photo. The process took about 35 minutes total and came out quite nicely! I love the flowers and really appreciated having a design done by someone whom I support so much! I love how she didn't copy the image exactly and made it her own. If you do want the image to look exactly the same, just let the artist know nicely:) but keep in mind some tattoos are more difficult than others so some parts of the design may be changed based on ability. Can't wait for my tattoo to dry and get compliments at work and from friends! Starting quote for a henna tattoo is $30 (price may change based on size of design).
