We stopped in as a part of a food tour with Alsaciette Food tour to learn about the cheese making process and taste some fresh cheese. An English speaking host walked us through the process for making Munster cheese from start to finish (around 20 minutes). Following his presentation we sat down and tasted about 8 cheeses from the mornings soft curds with spices, to various flavored cheeses to a dessert cheese with sugar and cherry brandy. I could have spent the day buying cheese here :-)) They have an amazing array of goats chess and lots of hard and soft cheeses including my all time favourite Brie avec Truffle :-))) it's almost all artisanal cheese and French is the only language here. Brushing up on my vocabulary was essential to shop and taste here ;-)) Service is very friendly and prices are not too bad. If you are looking for great cheese in town, I would put this place on your must visit list. Can't wait to go back here again.
