While the staff is nice enough, especially when you are charging what they do, some professionalism should be expected. As it was, the experience was slow and unpolished, to the point of needing to ask for the check before some of the order arrived since so much time had elapsed it was simply pointless to wait further. No real explanation, comp or apology was offered, just blasé indifference. The food itself was fine but nothing special. Not recommended.

They also have a variety of old styles biscuit tins that look beautiful. They a lot of different variety of biscuits and at €40 a kilo the bill adds up pretty quickly. I quite like their buiscuits and you can tell they are made with high quality ingredients. Definitely visit here next time I am in Strasbourg :-))
