Absolutely AMAZING service!!! The job request was to trim/prune four large mature trees. I brought multiple people out to get quotes for the project and his was by far the best/fairest and could get the job done within a day. He provided recommendations on what branches needed to be cut for the wellbeing of the trees as well as other recommendations to protect our roof. He asked multiple questions as to what our concerns were and if there were any specific requests we wanted (trimming a tree that stretched over a pool). Prior to completing the job, he asked if there was anything he missed or didn't like (which was nothing) that we wanted to be cut back further. For no additional cost he even said that he would cut some dead palm fronds on another tree. When it came to clean up, he left the yard in a better condition than when he arrived. All the leaves and branches where completely cleaned up. I haven't seen my yard that clean in a long time! He also mentioned that he does concrete work, fences and landscaping... My husband and I already have a job or two that we will most likely be calling them up for and will continue to use him for any tree work we have and will be recommending them to fellow neighbors. Fantastic service by Marcos and his team, clear communication, fast full tree removal and at a reasonable price

Drama; betryal; took my money and did a poor job Well I had Luis did the fense and cut a tree a year ago. It was pretty good experience, so I decided to hire him back for a much bigger project to renovate my backyard (basicallly replace concrete with paver, 10k+). The project start date was delayed for a month but that was ok, I can wait. After the project started, it went ok at first. And then all the drama came. One day he didn't show up at my place. And he told me there are some problem with his family; ok no problem. A few days later on a Friday, he asked me to do almost the final payment, with ~30% work unfinished. The paver was half way done with no seal. He promised me to put up the tiles and renovate my grill stand but nothing was done. I hesitated very much, but finally I paid him. This was a 10k+ job and after that I had only ~$300 unpaid money. He then stopped showing up the next Monday. I had a few angry calls and he showed up on Wednesday and sealed the pavers. It was a huge mess, the paver were not even, trip hazards, my garden is simply just a mess. I bought $200 fruit trees and they're not planted for weeks. And then he asked for the final payment which was just that $300, so I had to trust him and paid . He then stopped showing up, and he told me he was broke due to family issues and he had to get some other jobs to make money, before he can come back and finish my work. Ok, I waited for 2 weeks, he finally texted me that he would show up the next day. Good, but until 9pm that night, he texted me that one of his guy was bite by a snake. He said he may show up late at noon the next day. Ok, I trusted him. He never showed up, never texted. And mid next week, he texted me he's not going to do the job. He said he's broke and this business is CLOSED. Ok, so I don't know if he kept lying to me or not. If he's telling the truth, then I'm sorry for him, and to me it's probably bad luck and I should just move on. If you're reading this, THIS BUSINESS IS CLOSED according to Luis. If these are just lies on my face, shame on you, Luis. I wish you're happy with my money and I hope you sleep well at night. I'm sure there will be ultimate justice one day. What I know for sure, is that he charged me $150 for a bag of adhesive, which I ended up finding it's $40 at homedepot. He charged me $300 for irrigation which I saw nothing. Those are the LIES that I'm aware of in the end. What I also know, is this guy drive a $120,000 brand new pick up truck when he's doing the work at my house. Luis (The Owner of the business) responded promptly and came to my property for an estimate. He was honest to inform me that he basically started his company and he wants yo make things right. He gave a a fair price and send a crew that appeared to not know what they were supposed to do and just left. I spoke to Luis about the incident and very apologetic about what happened. The job was to remove 4 eucalyptus stumps that the previous company supposed to do. The crew that came just started complaining about how hard the job is going to be and saying there was a misunderstanding. To make the story short, Luis came and reassured me that he will do the job himself. He did the job accordingly and did not forget to make sure that things were done according to my wish. I decided to ask him to hell me out with clean up on the weed that are growing on the side of the road and trimming as well in which he did as well as another job. I highly recommend working with him since he is reliable and he takes his job seriously. I already spoke to him about other projects in mind in the future and ready whenever I am ready to move forward. He will be a busy guy soon and my advice is to make sure to decide quickly with the project so it could be done sooner than later before the holidays.
