I went to him about four years ago he helped me solve my problem and informed me on how to decide which printer I should buy with pros and cons. Then this August 2023 my other half and I went to him since she wanted a Macbook to take with her when she travels to Norway in September. He first determined the uses she needed and didn't need and gave her his take on which one she would be happy with. Then he proceeded to help us make the purchase (through Costco) and will help us set it up and give her lessons on the basics, Wow! Both Best Buy and Apple were iffy about scheduling that sort of thing and had very poor flexibility in scheduling that--plus that would have meant a trip to Santa Rosa. I don't always give "glowing" reviews but feel this one is deserved and we are lucky to have MacDaddy in Ft. Bragg.

This time in my laptop died I tried to take it to Sage's and they were closed in the middle of the day on Monday. They're hours plainly said they were supposed to be open. I called them and left a message asking why they were closed. Then I Googled computer repair and found Computer Rescue in Fort Bragg. I'm so glad Sage's was closed. Within 5 minutes of talking to him I was confident of Jason's ability and expertise. (The kid that works at Sage's called me back 5 minutes later and said they were open now. His loss for closing down in the middle of the day) He was able to start working on my computer right away which was crucial to me because I had a deadline. The hard drive had some errors and it turned out that Jason was able to repair the hard drive and reset the computer. In explaining the process he said that all of my downloaded programs would be lost & would have to be reinstalled again. I really wasn't looking forward to spending hours downloading and installing new programs but I accepted that would have to be done. I was surprised and pleased to find Jason reinstalled my programs, kept all my settings and bookmarks, and double tested everything and gave my computer back to me in practically the same state as it was before it crashed and died. He went above and beyond the call of duty and did an incredible amount of work on it for the money that I gave him. I wholeheartedly recommend his service and will definitely be a repeat customer... but let's hope not too soon.
