I didn't expect to get a lecture on the microeconomics of car washes and credit cards. Every time I go to this car wash I get an attitude. You're a car wash. 1 Star - Deeply Disappointed and Concerned for Safety I had…read morea terrible experience with Audi Mendham. I purchased a brand-new vehicle that clearly had not been properly prepped for delivery. The shipping spacers were left on the car -- something that should have been caught during inspection. When I brought the car back the first time due to driving issues, I was told it was just flat tires. It wasn't until they put it on the lift that they discovered the spacers had been left in. Even after that, the car's electronics were malfunctioning. It started revving on its own at a stoplight, triggering a call from roadside assistance because it appeared I had been in an accident. That's how unsafe the situation was. I brought the car back again, and they had to bring in an engineer to address the issue -- all within the first month of ownership. Despite all of this, I've only driven the car for three days total. It has spent the rest of the time at the dealership. Now they are refusing to exchange the car, and the only "solution" they offered was to let me walk away from my $10,000 deposit in order to get into a different vehicle. That's completely unacceptable for a car that was unsafe and improperly delivered from the start. I expected more from Audi. This experience has been stressful, frightening, and extremely disappointing.
