2 of the 3 pieces of plastic in my ice cream

First time going to this location and have always loved the flavors but while I was eating my ice cream I bit down on something very hard and at first I thought it was a fingernail because of the shape but finally realized it was a piece of plastic (better than I fingernail I guess?). I ignored it, took it out, and continued eating but AGAIN I bit down on another big piece of plastic. I didn't want to throw it away since I paid for it and there was a lot left, and I didn't want to drive all the way back, so I tried to take a few more bites and to no surprise there was ANOTHER piece of plastic... I gave up eating it after that since I had now found 3 pieces of plastic in my ice cream. I am not sure how that many pieces got into ice cream. But was not very happy.

Literally was here about an hour ago for National Frozen Yogurt Day (NFYD), which meant BOGO at Menchies. The staff was very kind and very on top of everything. I saw them continuously clean the toppings and seating areas with a smile on their faces, which I find rare especially when it was semi-busy for the occasion. Somehow my kids gobbled up their froyo in a matter of less than five minutes. It usually takes them at least 10 minutes at different froyo franchises / locations. They were happy so I was happy. The con I can think of is the pace the froyo came out of the machines.. so slow. Maybe the speed was based on the amount of yogurt? It was packed when I walked in with a handful of people sampling all the flavors, repeatedly.. I also would like if they had a variety of cup/bowl sizes. There was only one size, which felt a bit limiting but still filling enough for a single person (if they ate beforehand). They did have unique flavors such as watermelon and Hershey's chocolate. Plenty of toppings, that are neatly labeled too! It was a happy visit, we would definitely come again but not anytime soon since it's a bit of a drive. Maybe the next NFYD.

What's better than a frozen treat on a hot summer day!! First time there. I thought this is a super cute little place, I like that I can create my own cup with whatever I want. The Girl at the counter was friendly and helpful. Have to take the little ones there. They will love it.

I think it's been barely 2 months since this location opened. I would expect great things to come. 7/8 flavors I try here are absolutely amazing (and its all a matter of personal preference!). The flavors change often: each lasts like 1~2 weeks. Dry toppings, fresh toppings, waffle bowls, and hot fudge/other sauces. Totally a self-serve dream. & this store itself is really large with lots of seating. There is also a kid's table and board games to keep you occupied. The other time I noticed a fireplace. Cold weather froyo? Totally down for it if its Menchies.

I love, love Menchies! They are a classic frozen yogurt shop located just about anywhere! The shop is sweet, pink and very interesting. I was not aware they had teeny, tiny plastic cups to try samples! I ended up falling in love with the Birthday Cake, German Cake Chocolate, Coconut, Strawberry, Peanut Butter, wow I got a lot of flavors! The toppings are my favorite part: Chocolate, cookie and Oreo chunks are heaven, along with little Mango fruit shaped like little orange balls the size of your pinkie, and lots of Hershey chocolate. Oh, and Caramel. For two cups, for my beloved little sister, it was $16 and I also was happily signing up for the rewards program! Overall the best experience

All I can say is that in the world of FroYo, Menchies is as good as it gets, and true to form this location in Aurora does not disappoint.

A bit pricey (or maybe we just put too much in our bowls) but well worth it! Try the lip balm too.

Decent yogurt, but it seems that flavors turn over too quickly. Love the sorbets.

My favorite froyo place in Denver. Great flavors that are updated often. Decently priced, and a healthier option than ice cream.

They also add actual fruit to the fruit flavors, like mango or strawberry. -Shakes - Also, good. It always hits the spot and I never get tired of it. It has that classic neighborhood feel where there is usually a line outside, but it is always worth the wait. The Order: Salted Oreo & Price The Salted Oreo is my go-to because it has the perfect sweet and salty balance I love. If I'm not getting that, I'm getting the Lemon Custard. Both are incredible. For a double scoop in a cup, it cost about $8-$9. While they have great vegan and dairy-free options, the Salted Oreo I get is their traditional dairy version. Homemade: One of the reasons it tastes so good is that they make their own ice cream and cones right on-site! You can really taste the difference in the freshness of the scoops and the crunch of the waffle cones. Customer Service: Even when it's packed inside with people ready to order, the staff is very quick and efficient. The customer service is great, which is impressive considering how busy they usually are. Parking: A huge plus for this location is the free street parking, making it an easy and accessible stop compared to other busy areas. Overall Experience: I managed to time my last visit earlier in the day to beat the line, but even when it's busy, the quality is top-tier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone! It's a local gem that truly deserves more hype.

We originally wanted to check it out because the line was literally wrapped around the place (always a good sign), but it moved surprisingly fast. We were definitely overdressed coming from a fine dining dinner, but the server was so kind--he complimented us, asked what we were celebrating, and when I told him it was my birthday, he made it extra special by not charging me for my ice cream and giving us a military discount. Totally unexpected and genuinely appreciated. Now... the ice cream. SO good. We both absolutely devoured ours--rich, creamy, classic perfection. I got a two-scoop waffle cone with lemon custard and (I think) Bordeaux cherry, and I haven't stopped thinking about that lemon custard since. Bright, smooth, and just the right balance of sweet and tangy. Between the quality, the service, and the overall experience, it was 100% worth the wait. Already looking forward to going back.
