Several ladies suggested Sheridan Appliances in Hoopeston, and I'm so glad they did! I first spoke with Amy on October 20th, and she let me know it might be the following week before someone could come out. She was friendly, professional, and clear about the timing. On Monday 27th, I called to check in and spoke with Leslie who told me Todd, was scheduled to come out the next day. Todd arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, and ordered the part that was needed. As soon as it arrived, he came back out-no extra charge for the second visit- and got my washer running perfectly. With the part and service fee, the total was under $200, which is fantastic for such professional service. Todd is experienced, professional, and pleasant. Amy and Leslie were both wonderful-kind, thorough, and patient in answering all my questions. As someone new to the area, it's a relief to have found a reliable and trustworthy appliance repair company. I now have my go to team for any appliance needs. Highly recommend Sheridan Appliances!
