This shop did an excellent job repairing the seats in my 2008 Acura TL. The price was also great…read more They did not replace the leather upholstery with leather (my choice to save money). They replaced the leather with vinyl. I cannot tell the difference between the two materials. All I know is my seats now look brand new. They also repaired two leather areas in one of my doors. I tore holes in the door after forcing a flat screen television in the back seat. Last, they also arranged for the replacement of my center console cup holder rollback lid. They called the dealership, had the part delivered, and replaced it at their shop hourly rate. All in all, it was a great experience, great price, and great service. When I get the courage to spend on my car's aesthetics again I'll be returning to Mobile Trim Team to have the upright areas of my front seats restored to a "new" look even though they are not ripped. If you have a car that you love or one that you are trying to sell (but want the upholstery to look perfect) I highly recommend taking it to Mobile Trim Team.

Shipped it back to him and said he would replace it with one that was the same quality etc. That arrived 8 months later. Worth $20K+ less for sure. Bad paint. Poorly repaired frame. Body panels misaligned so windows and doors don't open and shut properly. One door didn't open at all. My mechanic said the car isnt worth the cost to fix this. Trunk leaks. Top doesn't close. Dash isnt attached. Stereo (CD only) falls onto the floor. Leaking all over. Brakes on backwards. Bad tire. Etc etc. He said he would make it right but just kept giving me the run around. He said it was my fault because I was rushing him. Considering I waited 8 months for the 1st car you would think he would have gotten me the replacement sooner and that he would have honored his word and had it be of a similar value. Worst experience ever! I took my car in to have cruise control installed about a year ago. Since…read morethen I have taken it back over and over and over again. The folks I contracted with subcontracted it with Cars and Trucks. First thing that happened as I drove the car away and engaged the cruise for the very first time was the switch fell off. Over the next couple of weeks I had difficulty getting the cruise to engage. Then I had difficulty getting the cruise to DISENGAGE - turns out the problem had to do with installation and the throttle was getting stuck - really scary in 70mph traffic or when trying to stop at a stop sign. took it back twice before getting it fixed. In the following several months, it started disengaging on its own randomly. Almost a year later and several trips back, they decide the problem is the original installation was missing a part. I now have waited two and a half weeks to get a part installed that came in two weeks ago. The lies, the unprofessional attitude and the condescending tone has finally caused me to post this here. I will NEVER use these folks again. (and as of this date, the cruise still isn't working) Resolution or refund through the original contractor will happen within a week. STAY AWAY FROM these people!
