MCS is AMAZING!!! Melanie is amazing!!! I somehow cracked the screen on my MacBook on a Saturday. I was able to reach her and she took possession of it THAT DAY!!!! She kept me updated with repair quotes/timelines. I was received my fully repaired Mac back in 4.5 days - sooner if "I" would not have been cheap and paid for express shipping of the screen!!! It's hard to find competent and professional business people today but I can honestly say - this was a very pleasant experience although we met under a difficult circumstance for me. A GEM IN MEMPHIS Simply put - Melanie is the BEST!! read more
