Which is an understatement. I called CYO Technologies and talked to Robert, who told me I could bring it to him that very day. He was/is very knowledgeable, and repaired my old laptop in just a day or 2. He even found my lost music, updated my operating system and increased the memory and speed to the extent it was much faster, and easier to use then when I first bought it. I have been meaning to write this review for several months. Robert is a very nice young man, with the patience of Job, who answered all of this clueless old man's questions without laughing. Hahaha. Thanks Robert. I enjoyed meeting you and respect your knowledge and technical skills very much. I recommend CYO Technologies and would give a 10 rating if Yelp allowed it. P.S. Robert and CYO services are also very reasonably priced and the work is done in a very pleasing and timely manner. Thanks Robert. You're the man. Hahaha.
