From the start, Moises was detailed and communicated clearly on each step as it happened. The estimate was detailed and when getting the final invoice, changes from that estimate were clearly noted and there were no surprises. Lee & Sons fills a great gap in the market when a project is too much for a sole contractor but too small for construction firms focused on $100k+ projects. Their pricing was fair and felt appropriate for the value delivered.

We hired MDN Tile to complete a tiling job on both bathrooms in our cabin at Big Bear. We are…read moreextremely happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the tile work is superb. The lines of the tile are straight, giving it a clean, professional appearance. We used them to complete the shower. The outcome was beautiful, giving it a modern, cozy looking appearance instead of a small, dark appearance. What we appreciated the most was their attention to detail. They nicely took care of the corners, edges, and even the space between each tile. Their workspace was also kept clean during the entire duration of the project. Communication was not a problem at all, and they were also respectful of the property. The value was amazing for what we had done. Both bathrooms look great, modern, warm, and high-end, just like we expected. We would definitely recommend MDN Tile to anyone looking for a quality tile job.

I had the unfortunate experience of falling into a trap of a cheap quote to do my roof by fly by night operators from outside home depot. To my horror they ripped open my roof exposing my house to the bones, suddenly realized that my roof was way more complicated than they expected (with old wooden structure underneath the shingles) and they just took off and disappeared, of course along with my advance money too. I was all in a state of panic due to my open roof and frantically reached out to google to google roofers. Up came Team All Star - i made a call late evening and pleaded it was urgent. From there on that was the best call i have ever made in my life for an all purpose contractor. Larry returned my call almost instantaneously after reading the urgent message. I explained to Larry what had happened and since this was the fist time i was ever doing a roof was in a state of panic. Larry was calm and told me that from there on it was his problem and assured me nothing would happen to my house. From there on it was an amazing experience - Larry showed up first thing next morning and had already used satellite technology to map out my roof and had a quote ready all inclusive. He took time in explaining the process and timelines all the while assuring me that he would take care of the problem. From there, Larry's project manager Geremy took over and the work went as explained on the timelines explained and as assured my house was well taken care of. Geremy supervised the whole show - organized the demo team who were extremely courteous, professional and amazing. They demo'd my roof and then cleaned my place cleaner than it was even before they started taking care of all the trash left behind by the previous rogues. From there the material was delivered, crews showed up and completed the work in record time under a week. Since this was the first time i was doing a roof and with my house exposed, i was in a state of panic and texted Geremy and Larry many times. I was amazed at the courtesy, care and prompt response from both of them always re-assuring me and putting me at ease at every moment all the while understanding that i was a concerned home owner. They responded professionally to every text and ensured Geremy dropped over the next day to ensure all was on track. My roof is now complete in record time and it is an amazing job so well done that my neighbors have been commenting that the house looks like new. Team all star has won my confidence and any business i may ever have for life. I strongly recommend Larry and Geremy and you will not ever regret selecting them for your work. This is an amazing company with a very committed team that treats your interest and home value as their own.

They will do whatever it takes to get you to sign the contract. The work is subpar and just plain BAD in most aspects. I'm posting this to protect anyone researching making an investment in a remodel or rehab. This company DOES BAD work, they do not communicate well, and they will argue with everything. These pics are just a few examples of what we'll have to fix or pay other people to fix. Run!!! Find another company!!! Larry's response below is nonsense also. Nothing complex whatsoever, but for this company it must have been. Absolute nonsense and gaslighting like every other conversation with Larry. If he ever listened. Met him once and never saw him again. He just collects money and makes up excuses for shoddy work. For the record- they still have my house key - never returned it. They left many items undone and garbage for us to clean up after them as well.

I will state only facts about some of the things we've had to redo because of Diverse inefficiency. Eduardo will write back with excuses for everything saying they weren't at fault! If you read their reviews, they always blame the homeowner when they mess up! Fact: Our project was delayed by MONTHS because material was not ordered. I made a call to manufacturers , it was cuz materials weren't ordered! Fact: we now have less cupboard space cuz measurements were wrong! Fact: I had to hire a different contractor to finish work cuz Eduardo said "it's your fault for changing "... We NEVER changed anything! Fact: I had to hire a professional to redo our grout and flooring cuz it was installed so poorly. Fact: I had to hire a plumber to redo plumbing because Diverse installed new plumbing incorrectly! Eduardo will say " you didn't give us a chance to make things right" ! You had already installed incorrect the first time AND I definitely had NO trust in your abilities to make it right! We had several water leaks, hot water instead of cold in our laundry room and many other problems because Diverse installed incorrect! Fact: I had two inspectors and two different contractors all saying that our remodel was done by someone who clearly did below average quality workmanship. We spent well over $140,000.00 with Diverse Home Concepts for a poorly constructed kitchen remodel ! I've left off many more things that went wrong, I only hope that if you use this contractor, you trust your own instincts and stay diligent with them! They helped transform the house in a relatively short amount of time and handled a huge range of projects along the way. The work included demo, interior painting, Saltillo tile flooring throughout, a new archway, and a full kitchen renovation with new cabinetry, appliances, and backsplash. They also renovated the bathroom with new shower tile, a new window and vanity, along with new lighting throughout the home. Vince, Luis, Tony, and the rest of the team were fast, professional, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. As anyone who has renovated an older home knows, new things inevitably pop up once you get started, and they were always willing to accommodate my requests and take on the additional smaller projects that came up along the way. I especially appreciated the communication and personalized service from Vince throughout the project. There were a few areas where some of the final detailing and finish work could have been a little cleaner, but given the overall scope, timeline, and value of the renovation, I'm incredibly satisfied with the end result. The quality of the work for the price was excellent, and they made what could have been a much more stressful renovation feel manageable. I'd absolutely recommend Premiere Home Improvement and would happily welcome Vince and the team back for future projects on my home.
