I really loved that Courtney would schedule time for me to call her and speak to her over the phone like people did decades ago. With our current digital way of life I wasn't willing to organize this difficult event over text or email. We're not talking about old school balloon bouquets, though they have their place. We're talking about sculptural, colorful installations that serve as great backdrops for photos and an eye-catching focal point for an event that can quite literally stop your guests in their tracks (in a good way)! That's exactly what the Balloons by Court installation did at my most recent event, Yelpstronomy. AND there are a ton of photos to show for it too! I was amazed at how efficiently and cleanly Court worked while installing the piece and how prompt she was to return to help with tearing it down. YES! They do that too! She worked with one other person and they were in and out quieter than a churchmouse. I was impressed from start to finish. We rented some nice Irish coffee glasses for a hot chocolate and coffee bar for a baby shower and a good number of their wooden chairs. The wooden chairs were a little bit more scuffed & dented and appeared to just need some finish work done to them in the future. But we understand these are rentals. The chair's still folded nicely and were comfortable and worked great! They have a huge variety of items, and although it just takes some scrolling through their website, it is nicely organized. Great communication and follow through from staff.

Came to drop off delivery an hour and a half late on wedding day. We all arrived at 9am as they told us they'd be there, they arrived at 10:30 am. 2. About half our tablecloths had holes in them About 25 of the 100 mason jars were so dirty the delivery guy apologized, and then my MIL took them home to wash them. 3. One of our heaters never turned on after they say their checked them all 4. Paid for set-up fees months ago, then they almost left saying they had no delivery fee on paperwork...after being an hour and a half late so we were supposed to set it up... 5. I have called them now twice and emailed them and have gotten no response. Please....if you are having a wedding or any important event...do not rent with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible...so bad even our venue managers said they will never recommend them to their future guests. Bummed to write this post, because we love supporting our local businesses...but if you want reliability, high quality, and no stress on your day...find a different company.
